Excellent service from start to finish! Sofa delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected! Fantastic communication throughout. Phil and Steve the delivery drivers were an absolute god send. They moved our old sofa and love seat into the garage, and set up the new one in quick time. Great guys and a perfect end to the purchase. Would definitely order from Fabb Preston in the future.

We've had a great experience with Fabb sofas so far. The sales room was great, well laid out, and offered a genuinely different range of sofas. we found what we wanted after looking in other places for months, ordered and even changed at the very last hour how we were going to pay for it and when it could be delivered. All of this was hassle free.

Delivery day: Peter and Darren were brilliant with us, dismantling and rebuilding previous sofas, before doing the same to the new ones to fit through our tight door space. (I'd just had an accident and a major operation so couldn't do this myself and they were so helpful). They had all the kit required on the van, all the skills to take apart and put back together and what's more, did it all with real professionalism and good humour rarely seen in deliveries today. Thanks guys, you really changed what I feared would be a horror of a day, returning from an accident abroad, into something blissful.

We crashed out on the sofas last night and are truly delighted with them!

Ordered our sofa from the store, estimated delivery date was 6/7 weeks which was perfect for us as we were doing up the house.
Got a call from the Orpington store within 4 weeks advising the sofa will be delivered in week 5. As the house was still being worked on I have asked for them to hold the sofa until week 7, store refused as they don’t have the space. This was really disappointing as I was working on a timescale and if this was delivered 7 weeks after purchase the house would of been finished. Now I’m stuck with a sofa in the middle of my living room which still needs painting and changing the flooring. And Now I’m reading customers reviews where they could of hold of their delivery and I couldn’t, very annoying.

Delivery Team was amazing and helped us out us securing the sofa so hopefully won’t get damaged in the process .

Ordered our new sofa from Fabb Sofas, the process from start to finish was amazing. The sofa was ready ahead of schedule and we wasn’t ready as our room was still being decorated and new flooring etc. This was no problem and Fabb Sofas kept hold of it for two extra weeks till we were ready for it.

Phil and Steve from the Preston branch delivered it this morning and were absolutely wonderful. Really lovely blokes who have done a fantastic job! Absolute credit to the Fabb Sofa Team.

Had our sofa delivered today, absolutly over the moon. Nikki was so lovely on the phone kept us up to date when our sofa would arrive, Phil and Steve were amazing this morning really helpful and friendly, didnt complain even though our house is a nightmare to fit the sofa in.Will 100% recommend to everyone.

After looking around we ordered our new sofa from Fabb sofas in Basildon.The store had a great choice and we was left alone with no pushy salesmen/women.Jamie the manager took our order and is a credit to the store.He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.The sofa arrived today and was set up by the delivery team who was also very helpful and polite.Really happy with the sofa and thanks again Jamie.Top bloke 5***** Mark&Gary

Lovely new Sofas just arrived from Fabb Sofas, Preston delivered earlier than expected and great service from the store to delivery. Thanks to Charlotte for the efficient ordering process and helping us with our choice and also to Pete and Daz (Delivery service) very polite and helpful in assembling new and removing old sofas outdoors - saved my back - great job guys and thanks very much.

Just had Alan visit to sort an issue I had with my new sofa. He was courteous and efficient, excellent customer service provided. Would have no hesitation recommending FABB.

Lovely staff in Preston, sofa delivered 2 weeks early. When Paul (or was it Pete? 🤔) and Darren (great delivery men) delivered there was something rattling inside, they insisted on checking to see if all was ok inside (it turned out to be a spare castor socket left in during manufacture) and put everything back together great. They took all the packaging away and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful.

Lee, service manager from the Orpington store came to fix my broken sofa, absolutely fantastic, fixed it there and then, went the extra mile to make sure that it was as strong as possible and completely fixed. Looks like a new sofa. Would definitely recommend

We visited Fabb sofas found 2 that we really liked. Had a warm welcome, every question we had was answered. We were given room to talk and try out the different sofas.
We then left to look at other stores.
After visiting every other sofa store and being harassed by staff or plain lied to we headed back.
We saw Jamil for the 2nd time and decided to make a purchase. He was a really nice guy and helped the process by providing a good cuppa. We were also made welcome by 2 other members of staff but never felt pushed to buy.
After our sale we asked to speak to a manager, Keith to praise his staff and the quality of their products.
Finally we had 2 great delivery drivers Keith and Rich who took great care of our purchase making the whole experience great.

Would recommend this company not only for the products but for the laid back staff who did not push us to make any decision.

Absolutely brilliant service from Steve & Phil from the Preston branch who delivered my sofa. These guys are a credit to fabb sofas, really friendly, helpful & genuine they topped off the whole experience going above & beyond. People are always quick to complain but don't always give the credit where it is due, thanks again guys

The delivery people Mick and Scott were extremely friendly and professional. They delivered at arranged time and arranged the sofas very nicely for us. Thank you to both of you. Wish all delivery people were like them.

Very pleased with everything.

Recently purchased an Ex-display sofa from the Croydon store and the customer service was fantastic, couldn't fault it at all however be wary of how sofas are marked up when they are in the warehouse section for clearance. Our was marked as a 3 seater formal cushion sofa (214cm wide) and actually when it got delivered today the dimensions are that of the 2 seater (194cm wide). We can live with it as it is only myself and my partner - but it is somewhat misleading. The sofa also said it was down from nearly £700 which led me to believe it was the larger seat size as advertised but it transpires not.

So with all of the above, why not a lower rating? Sure I am miffed I thought I was saving £400 and getting a 3 seater and it turned out I saved £150 and getting a 2 seater (so any guests will have to "squish" in the middle) but truth be told, it's a great quality sofa, its comfy, the delivery mens were some of the friendliest I have ever dealt with and the sales team were really friendly and helpful.

Ex-Display Sofa was marked as a 3 seater Stella Formal at £295 from £650/£700 (I forget which - maybe someone thought they were reducing the sofa bed version??)

Visited the Preston branch in February quite by accident, but am so glad we decided to call in. Sam Mansouri was fantastic at both providing us with knowledgeable information we required without being pushy and being personable which made the whole experience in the showroom stress free (thank you). Daz and Pete who delivered the Sofa & Chair on what was the hottest day of the year so far were absolutely lovely and extremely polite and considerate - an absolute asset to you.
