Bella at the Upper Canada mall location did a wonderful job in getting us on the flight we wanted, seats, baggage, done in less than 30 minutes and very accomodating and very friendly. Very easy to book flights when we need them.

We booked 4 tickets today through Flight Centre in Burlington, Ontario, and overall the service experience was very professional and efficient. Christine was especially helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the reservation process. She answered our questions promptly and made the booking process smooth and stress-free. However, we were disappointed with the pricing transparency. Flight Centre charged us $587 CAD per person, including their $39 per person processing fee, which we consider reasonable for the service provided. What's difficult to accept is the large difference in the actual ticket price compared to other available options. The same flight was available directly on the airline's website for approximately $327.50 USD and on Booking.com for about $425 CAD. Despite asking for clarification, no reasonable explanation was provided for the significant price disparity. While the customer service was excellent, customers should carefully compare prices before booking, as the markup can be substantial. — feeling annoyed.

We cannot recommend Kay enough! As people who have not travelled much before, we had very little experience planning a trip, but Kay made the entire process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. She took the time to help us plan every detail of our vacation, including adding extra days and day tours to make sure we had the most enjoyable experience possible.

Kay worked incredibly hard to find us the perfect trip within our budget, and even arranged for our payments to be split into instalments, which made everything much more manageable. She also made sure we had traveller’s insurance and even helped us select our plane seats.

What truly stood out most was her kindness, patience, and dedication. No matter how many questions we had, she always took the time to answer them thoroughly through both email and phone calls. She also sent us helpful reminders about payments and paperwork so we would not miss anything important.

Kay has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire experience, and we are so grateful for all of her help. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Sue Harriman was a gem. When I had problems with applying a gift certificate to a flight, she sorted it all out quickly and booked my flight to the UK. Then the craziness with trying to get a UK passport began, and 8 weeks later after dealing with bureaucracy, my passport arrived too late.
Sue took care of changing the flights and booking me later in the year, responding immediately to my many questions on the procedure. I could not have done it myself, and am grateful and thankful to Sue for her patience, tolerance and personable communication. She really cared - it wasn't just someone booking a flight. Her replies were fast, efficient and it was more like communicating with a friend rather than a company. I would book with her again anytime. Thanks Sue.

The booking is a one on one experience. I really don't want to book on an on-line platform as it seems it is risky and difficult to impose my itinerary. Flight Centre gives me always the best experience, where an assistant understands your planned itinerary.
