I am writing to share accolades for KAY RENWICK, who works out of the Bloor Street location in Toronto. Recently, I had a need to book complicated travel arrangement out of country. Over the course of several emails and calls, she provided what ended up being the most convenient and cost efficient plan. In addition, she shared updated Airlines, airports and other-country information and changes in the economy of my destination. I have not travelled yet but Kay has prepared me very well to this point. I ask that you pass on this review with her.

Excellent responsive and customer focused personnel. This facilitated a quick review and booking procedure and was painless. Very efficient and pleasant experience. Having an agent who has been dedicated and loyal to us over the years has been an absolute blessing.

The agent was very good as she seemed to have my best interests at heart. She gave me several options for flights and spent a lot of time with me. I will use her again should I travel again.

Reema was a delight to work with. My sister and I needed to book a flight to Moncton New Brunswick to deliver our mother’s ashes to the funeral home. She was very helpful in providing us with information about transporting the ashes and assured us that everything would be ok and calmed our nerves. She was very friendly in a genuine way and treated us a customer and not a number.

Katelyn was fast, efficient and super helpful. She booked everything as we requested, made good suggestions and was super fast! It was easy and straightforward.

Taylor was a bloody legend. He worked with me for 3 months to the day with all my crqzy changes and ideas. He was super patient and hwelpful the whole way thrpugh. A total professional and all round excellent human.

Reema helped us with our first trip to Sandals Dunns River. It was her recommendation and we are so thankful. We had a fabulous time. Reema was a real pleasure to deal with. Communication was quicks and informative. She never rushed us doing our visits with her and offered many helpful tips and tricks that we were not aware of. We would definitely book with her again and look forward to our next trip.

Kay did her very best and stayed late to help me get the best possible flight times and prices for my flights . She was pleasant and upbeat , not to mention patient with all my questions and changes of mind during our booking . I highly recommend Kay when booking travel arrangements with the flight Centre at the Holt Renfrew location in Toronto .

Every time we use the Flight centre representative we are happily satisfied with their service. It takes a load of me and leaves it with capable person who is fully aware what needs to be done and how to do it effectively and reliably. I highly recommend Ang who is very experienced and knowledgeable.

They have SO many advertisements yet after 3 emails, I give up because no one ever responds. Not helpful at all for booking a flight.

Flight Centre – Toronto Location
I recently booked a cruise through Flight Centre’s Toronto location, with Jillian and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the outset, I was never informed of the non-refundable terms at the time of booking — a critical piece of information that any travel agent has a professional obligation to disclose upfront.
When I requested a cancellation nearly two months before the departure date, I was informed for the first time that the booking was non-refundable, resulting in a $1,500 loss. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with a company trip where trust and clear communication are essential.
I have always had positive experiences booking through online platforms, and this was my first time using a travel agency for a group booking. Regrettably, this experience has confirmed that Flight Centre does not meet the standard of professionalism I would expect from an agency of their size and reputation.
I would strongly caution anyone to ensure all cancellation and refund policies are provided in writing before confirming any booking with this location.
