One of the two frames I ordered was smashed (through no fault of the company, more the delivery company). However within only a few hours I had a response and two options on how to sort.
Very happy customer and would recommend to anyone.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY
One of the frames I ordered through Amazon arrived damaged, so I emailed the Frame Company directly, they said to keep hold of the glass and the backing board and they would send a replacement frame out to me. In no time at all, a completely whole new frame arrived in perfect condition. The customer service is outstanding as are their products. I would recommend buying from the Frame Company directly as I will be in the future.

Our the picture frame from Amazon and the glass in the frame was broken.
I contacted frame company directly. They replied back within hour with an offer to replace the glass or Perspex.
Their customer service is off the scale wish all companies could be like that. Would recommend this company to anyone that wants a picture frame.

Excellent frames. Great customer service.
I have bought eleven frames of varying sizes and styles from The Frame Company, over the past few weeks, and have been really pleased with the quality of all of them. They provided three with custom made borders, at no extra cost. Their customer service is also excellent. Unfortunately one of the frames arrived with the glass broken; which was almost certainly down to the courier. The Frame Company sent out a replacement pane straight away. I will most definitely buy any future frames I need from them.

If I could give this company ten stars, I would. Having ordered four frames, one was damaged upon receipt. I contacted Amanda at the company and enjoyed an efficient and friendly exchange. Within a very short space of time, I was informed that a replacement was being made, which was received today. I will definitely use this company again. Wonderful Customer Service!
I ordered a frame via Amazon and it was delivered today (22nd January, 2025). Unfortunately the glass was broken, so I contacted Amazon for a refund. However, I still wanted the frame as I have a painting that I need to hang. I decided to contact the company and order from them directly instead of going through a third party. The lady I spoke to at the Frame Company was most helpful and offered to send me either replacement glass, or Perspex as an alternative - I chose Perspex. When I asked how much that would be, she told me it would be free of charge and apologised for the breakage of the original order... Call me old fashioned, but such honest, straightforward, no qualms customer service is an absolute breath of fresh air these days!

I highly recommend Frame Company for bespoke mounts
Under deadline pressure, I contacted Frame Company at short notice to ask about bespoke mounts to be made quickly. I had a speedy, friendly and efficient reply to my enquiry which made it easy for me to make my order. I have had great communication, helpful answers to my questions, reasonable cost for high quality goods and quick delivery. I highly recommend Frame Company and will keep using them for our exhibition requirements.

I could not get a better support from the Frame Company's Customer Service team. As soon as I notified them of the non receipt of my order, they engaged with me (which is just great) and organised delivery of a replacement which I received within 24h despite this happening at the most busy period of the year! Frame Company saves Amazon!
I bought a multi-picture frame via Amazon from this company. When it arrived it turned out to have been very inadequately packed and protected by Amazon fulfilment (not the Frame Company's fault) and the (large) picture glass was in pieces. I contacted the Frame Company direct and Amanda there could not have been more charming or helpful and managed to post me a new pane of glass - intact - in good time for Christmas.
