Outstanding Service Standards!!
This company is simply superb!! EVRI (the awful Courier 'service') caused me enormous problems with my mum’s 75th birthday present. I contacted the company and was dealt with by Amanda. Amanda was just phenomenal!! The service she provided was outstanding, she was very friendly, jovial and understanding, she went above and beyond to assist, and she saw it all the way through to my order completion. She overturned such a stressful issue, and she worked so efficiently. The quality of the frames are also excellent. I highly recommend Frame Company, I'll be buying from there again without a doubt!! 😁😁

Excellent products and service
I have ordered and received 6 frames from the Frame Company and am really pleased with the products and the excellent customer service. I wanted to frame some of my own paintings, which weren't standard size and I was able to customise the mount apertures to the dimensions I needed. I wanted the frames to match and so was able to order them all in the same range. I emailed some enquiries and the response was quick and positive. The frames arrived quickly, very well wrapped and in perfect condition.
I will definitely order more when I have more paintings to frame.

Amazing customer service, beautiful frames, good value
I ordered some frames for an upcoming exhibition and the customer service was amazing. Amanda and Natasha emailed me to double check some details of my order as it looked like I'd made a mistake. They were both super polite, helpful and conscientious. Because of the time it took to me to reply to emails, my order was delayed and wouldn't have arrived in time for the exhibition, but Amanda quickly followed this up for me and upgraded my delivery service free of charge to guarantee that they'd arrive in time. The frames themselves are beautiful, very high quality and good value for money. I've been ordering from the Frame Company for many years and their customer service has always stood out and made them a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!

Lovely frames and stellar customer service
I ordered a number of frames from here, including some custom ones. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and the range of different style options. The frames came quickly and they are all gorgeous and high quality. They have really elevated my artwork for my new home.
One wrong frame was sent to me by mistake – I reached out and Amanda responded immediately. She was very helpful and got the issue sorted for me straight away. They even let me keep the frame they sent to me by accident. All round amazing customer service and lovely frames!

I have been using The Frame Company for…
I have been using The Frame Company for about 8 years now. A regular customer as I am a watercolour artist.
I must say the frames and mounts are still good value considering the increases over the past few years but the main reason for my 5 star review is that if ever there are problems they are extremely helpful and will send out replacements asap.
I have just placed a large wholesale order with them and must say Amanda has been exceptionally helpful with this and communication was excellent.

Perfect for custom sized mounts
I had a piece of embroidery that needed a custom size mount in a box frame which I ordered from Frame company. It was easy to select the frame and enter the specific mount size on the web site. Although I didn’t receive updates on delivery dates once I contacted them they were helpful in tracking and chasing delivery. The frame arrived well packaged and is a perfect fit for my project.

quality for the price is the name of the game
It's interesting reading the reviews here for Frame Company. Clearly, there has been some sort of hick-up in the last few months, perhaps a change in staff, that's lead to some issues. But also clearly the company is working very hard to resolve these as best they can. To their credit, unlike some other places, they care.
In my experience, which is close to 10 orders and well over 100 frames with them, problems do happen once in a while - wrong sizing, damage to frames, wrong items sent - but they are always dealt with very quickly, no questions asked, replacements are sent out on an expedited basis. Out of, lets say, 100 frames this has happened to maybe 4-5. Remember that nothing ever goes entirely smoothly all the time!
The main reason I order with the Frame Company is I really like the variety of choice and the quality. I've tried a few other frame companies, but nothing compares. Emails are always answered within hours. Plus, it's hard to beat them on price-quality. The same frames elsewhere are almost always dearer and usually take longer to arrive.
I would definitely recommend Frame Company if you're after a good quality reliable frame. Tip - pay an extra fiver, and get express delivery with ParcelForce - much more reliable than Evri...
