Dire Company!
I placed an order on the 20th June and have had correspondence about delivery information other than a tracking number which doesn't work. There are no direct links to track your order and whne you click on "Track Order" on the Geepas website it says Page Cannot Be Found! As for the next day delivery - what a load of tripe! Will be requesting refund - dire service!

Wonderful tower fan.
Ive been looking for a tower fan for a few days. I was wanting a fan that was reasonably priced and had next delivery. I came across this company which searching and I'm glad I did.
The prices I thought were reasonable and offered next day delivery.
I bought two. They were delivered the next day and came well packaged.
It was straightforward to reassemble the base and to attach it to the tower.
This unit is light enough so it can be easily moved around. Theres a handle on top which helps to make it very portable.
It also as a remote, which is handy to increase or decrease fan speed, change the modes or stop/start the oscillating. It as a timer so it will turn off after a given time, handy when in bed.
There is a slight sound from the fan which i don't have any issues with and compared to others I've heard its quieter.
It puts out a powerful breeze which has been such a relief with the amazing weather we're having.
I also bought one for my parents who are in their 80s, due to the light weight and easy to operate. They like it and found it such a relief to feel a lovely breeze.
I would definitely buy from this company again.

Absolutely useless , no order confirmation, no tracking number and a week later they want my opinion ..absolutely useless is my opinion , won’t use them again , and will be looking for a refund, they may even be a scam company for all I know

so empowering
Lovely fan and so empowering having remote control and being able to control it myself instead of having to ask others to put it on or off or move it.
Only negative was it promised next day delivery but it was a day later.

The quality of trimmer is excellent according to price but u guys told me we gonna do next day delivery and charged me for that 3 or 4 pounds i forgot now but i recived it nesrly 4 days after which is a bit disappointing

Everything was brilliant - except the delivery
Everything was brilliant - product, price, despatch BUT what stopped me giving 5 stars was Amazon Logistics. They left the very large box outside the porch - no attempt to ring the bell, just left it in full view of the road. Surprised it was still there when I spotted it, a box labelled 'Air Cooler' in plain sight, in a heat wave.

Incorrect/misleading advert. They have a small print burried somewhere and easy for anyone to miss, but the bold wordings are absolutely misleading. Product not easy to use, so be careful, the returns and refunds policy is complex. Customer have to pay for shipping, even though they already charge for delivery. Strongly advise to think twice before ordering here. I am still waiting for resolution for the two issues I raised, before I report.

Please see below response from Geepas. They have asked me to contact them[customer support]; in fact I have already done that but failed to receive response. It' s a joke they make of themselves? On one side they don't resolve the issue and not even respond to emails and other side in public they pretend to be genuine by responding to reviews.
