Gulf Optics…What's happened . . .?
Having been happily using Gulf Optics for my contact lense needs for quite some time, this time, not only had the price increased by more than 42%, but the items I wanted were not in stock and would have taken two weeks to deliver. I was therefore offered an alternative product that took my daily costs from around $1.60 to more than $3.27. Let's see how they do next time . . .

Wrong understanding of Customer requirements.
The support number and branch office is not reachable by phone many times. And I did not received an update from the Al Twar branch after many days of my order with advance payment for eye glass.

After 24 of submitting my request which I put in my shopping cart, I received a message that it is not avail… so why I can select put in cart and proceed with delivery for smth you don’t have??

Excellent Service, but questionable product authenticity
The service of this place is exceptional, they delivered as promised.
My only concern is the authenticity of the product, all Tom Fords come with certificate of authenticity in the box, the frames I got didn’t come with it. Plus the build quality makes me question even more.
