They don't care about customer service!
People here seem to have low comprehension or they just don't care at all. First, I have spoken to someone on the phone to have the eyeglasses I ordered delivered to this branch as it was only available on their other branch. I informed the person on the phone that I would be coming to their store to see the glasses in person and to do an eye test. I come to their store and nobody had any clue what I was talking about and said that they didn't receive anything from another branch. I let it go and purchased new pair of glasses in the store. I CATEGORICALLY SAID I WOULD BE COMING THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP, I COME THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID THEY SENT IT FOR SHIPPING. It seems to me that they don't communicate information with each other internally BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY! DO YOUR JOBS PROPERLY!

Wrong order. I asked for BC 8.5 am supplied BC 8.8 but am told to use and returns will be made if i dont like it!!

Excellent
My chosen lenses weren’t available but I received a phone call explaining the alternatives. I was then sent samples to try and advised I could return the pack of lenses if they didn’t suit. I also received two additional gifts of some lense solution and a case. The service I received exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be ordering again in future.

Exceptional service and products
Exceptional service and products , I am very happy with Gulf Optics. They were very helpful. I live in Australia and my package arrived within 5 days of my order .
