خدمة العملاء لديكم سيئة للغاية اخبرتهم انني اود اعادة السلعة ثم اخبرني ان المندوب سياتي لاستعادة الشحنة وسيتم خصم 84 فقط ثم اخبرني بعد ذلك ان علي ان اذهب بنفسي الى شركة الشحن واقوم بدفع قيمة الشحن التي قد تكون اعلى من قيمة السلعة علما انني في السعودية وسيكون قيمة الشحن اعلى بكثير الا الامارات

Service was quite fast and the package was beautiful. I got free solution bottle along with cute lens kit.
I really like their service. I placed an order on friday and Saturday i had my box with me.

My first and only interaction was with Mr. Fahim who helped me sort out my confusion about which lenses I should buy for my daughter. He was extremely patient to all my queries which were endless but he answered everything promptly. I was so happy to receive his advice which I did not experience at other optic shops I had contacted. Because of pandemic I did not want to visit the store but everything was smoothly managed over the phone and on whatsup all thanks to Mr. Fahim and his prompt service. He offered me perfect advice, cleared my doubts, delivered the required lenses within short waiting time. All went so smoothly. I have recommended Gulf Optics to my friends too. I am sure I will continue to associate with Gulf Optics here on. I highly recommend appreciation towards Mr. Fahim by the company. Thank you so much my daughter is happy with her lenses.

I've placed an order at 10:27 am yesterday which was a Thursday and my best hope was to receive the items on Saturday afternoon since it's already not early morning and Friday is the day off here. I was surprised to receive an email saying the order has been shipped at 4:48 pm the same day and then the delivery man showed up at my door at 5:09 pm.

Excellent packaging and professional delivery, also a shout out to the delivery man for the job well done.
