Poor customer service
Very unhappy with customer service. I emailed regarding an issue with the wig I ordered in June 2023. After an exchange of a few emails, I sent photos as requested by Hair Virginity but I then had no correspondence back - apart from the automated 'we received your email' reply. This seems unfair after spending £500 on a wig I'm unable to wear due to the cap and weft track being very clearly on show. After losing my hair from chemotherapy this is the last thing I need to worry about. Had the issue been resolved, I would never have rated my experience poorly.

We are sorry that you are not happy with our response via email but we do clearly state online that such orders i.e. custom made wigs cannot be returned unless defective.
You initially raised a change of mind exchange request and then once declined, proceeded to state there were actually issues with the unit, which after inspection with the photos provided, this was not the case.
With all lace products, a hot comb/ straighteners or styling products such as mousse will help you lay the hair in the specific direction you want. The last weft track before the lace is not a defect as thats how wigs are made and it simply needs styling for the hair on the lace to fall backwards correctly to cover it.
Again we apologise that we are unable to resolve this any further for you.

The delivery was excellent, sadly the hair was not
The delivery was excellent, sadly the hair quality is not. The hair is very dry and tangles frequently- so needs constant oil and detangling. I have bought from here before and was delighted with the purchase. On this occasion I have been very unlucky with the expensive 3-bundle investment, and am particularly concerned that the frontal is shedding quickly. I bought this for a special occasion and am disappointed not to have achieved the lovely polished look I was keen to create.

Top quality raw hair
I ordered bundles from the website in February, I have be very impressed with the customer service and quality of the product having had it installed a number of times. I will happily purchase from them in the future, their products are a good investment.

I’ve reached the point were I don’t trust no other hair company and I’ve been buying units/bundles/frontals/closures for years!!
I know exactly what I’m getting with Hair Virginity, never disappointed and the ‘Add to Cart’ option so you know exactly what’s in stock and don’t have to send emails is so convenient. Not to mention the Next Day Delivery that genuinely is next day delivery! I’m very impatient and love the fact I can get the hair I need the very next morning! Fantastic!

Curl Pattern differs on closure and bundles
I ordered the loose wave bundles and closure in 2 separate orders and the curl patterns don’t match at all.
The closure has a super right curl and the bundles is a true loose wave but I ended up having to get another closure else where to use with the bundles.
This hair costs wayyyy to much for the curls to differ as much as it did. Great quality nonetheless

My only recommendation is that contacting customer service snd contacting the team should be easier as there is no contact number provided (only email) and I did not receive a reply to my email query.

double drawn where? Is this even 1 bundle ?
I purchased the double drawn 22-24-26 bundle. I have received it today and it’s an absolute joke. You cannot try to sell someone who has bought ALOT of hair in their life something as ridiculous as this. Double drawn means that it should be thicker and fuller. Why is the bundles I have received the same as the single drawn bundles. To be honest it looks like 1 bundle and you’re selling it as 3 bundles. This is robbery and misseling. These so called bundles I have received are super thin and not what I would expect at all for something that is being claimed and publicised to be thicker and fuller in the description and that is being sold as double drawn hair when it’s really not even close. I am appalled that you could claim to be selling good hair. There really is a lack of quality and genuinuty of your so called bundles.

extremely disappointed
Very disappointed - I bought the double drawn Vietnamese (400g) wig and the quality is absolutely poor. Many of my past wigs have been Vietnamese hair and the quality has been A class - on point. When I received the hair and got it customised the quality looked like it could be Peruvian or Malaysian. The ends were thin and extremely dry. I am so disappointed as I had been waiting for a darker shade wig and now I have no confidence wearing this. I really hope they either exchange with the correct quality they give to the Celebs or they give me back my money.

As explained via email, the density of the unit you chose would explain from your photos, the difference of density you wanted. Our suppliers in Vietnam do not sell any other other origin and the distinctive smell of your Vietnamese hair alone will prove that you received authentic Vietnamese hair.
We are not a business that we prioritise any customer over another, and large majority of the celebrities that you see wearing our hair online actually pay for their orders.

I was recommended I friend whose use yeah the hair looks fantastic because I was having my hair done in three days I decide to pay £11 extra for delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the hair until a week after I purchased this. Overall the hair is fine, no problems so far.

I’ve taken a quick look at your order and can confirm that your order was on pre-order as you purchased a custom made product within the order which caused some delays as this item takes a little longer to manufacture.
We do state on each specific product page if potential delays are to occur, and for this particular product, we do state that this item can cause order delays upon standard delivery as this product is made to order specifically for you no matter your shipment preference. We also make our custom delivery time frames as clear as possible on our delivery page and every custom order email confirmation after an order has been placed to give customers a chance to amend their order before we begin processing. A pop up notification does also show on the product page and checkout button shows “Pre-Order” before you can add the item to your basket too. (https://hairvirginity.com/pages/delivery-info)
The express delivery option is always available at checkout as our site explains that you can opt to speed up the delivery process by choosing an express delivery label to ensure that it’s still delivered as fast as possible once we’re ready to dispatch your order.
