Hair is shedding a lot it’s constantly tangled. I won’t be ordering again

one of the best hair vendors i've used, hair quality is 10/10, plus i've never had an issue with customer service and always get updates and responses, would highly recommend buying from this hair vendor.

Fantastic customer service.
Although i ordered late my order was processed and dealt with quickly.

I was reassured and provided with regular updates.

HV have become my go to company when it comes to buying hair. The knots in their lace frontal are so teeny that when you put your wig on you can’t even tell you have a wig on. I also purchased some tapes from HV and their tapes are beautiful, the texture of the tapes perfectly matched my hair and the tape ins are so easy to blend in. My tape ins are so bouncy and full of life. Any hair I’ve purchased from them has never had any smell which lets me know it has not been chemically treated. I’ve not purchased from anywhere else because the quality I get from HV is unmatched.

Amazing! Hair quality and texture is perfect. No shedding I should good use of this for a year or so.

I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about my experience with Hair Virginity.

The hair came super fast and when it arrived, it came in such nice packaging. And to top it off the quality of the hair was amazing.

I bought a 13x6 frontal and raw bundles, for a ponytail updo. I bleached the knots and dyed the hair black, and it just worked so well for the style.

Great customer service - my experience with the company on a whole was great! They were quick to answer my questions - their website was easy to navigate. The delivery times was spot on - there was no delays and I was ensured by the company itself which was superb! I honestly have ZERO complaints!

I bought hair from two companies prior and It wasn’t that great. I decided it’s best to invest and I bought hair from hair virginity as my sister used it for her wedding. I was a bit hesitant considering the price and scarred from past experience but I decided to take a risk. But, OH MY LORD! I can’t go back. Swift delivery. Amazing packaging. I have no complaints. I have NEVER received so many compliments on my hair. I did a simple middle part sew in. Nothing excited but the hair made all the difference. I got 4 bundles 22’ Malaysian. I thought the bundles would be thin but it was FULL. I’m never going back and I can’t wait purchase more !

Got tape in’s and they do not stick. I have had them put in professionally and they have fallen out less than 48 hours after application. So disappointed given the price of the hair too

The option of having your bundles (in stock items) delivered the next day, BUT its not only that the quality of the hair is beyond amazing.

The lace closure took to the bleach fantastically, no plucking required.

I've dyed the hair, reinstalled 3 times!! And the hair remains intact. Thank you honestly 💓

Hair is actually amazing! I've washed and dyed it. Straightened it and I'm so impressed with how natural it looks, i wasn't expecting it :) I think i will order my frontals from here from now on! Reasonable price too.

Edit 01.11.22 ***TLDR bought a frontal hair piece for £152 which ended up being a blend of human hair and synthetic which matted after washing making it unusable*** Great communication from the person dealing with my issue. Sent it back and was promptly refunded. Im not ready to write off this site completely just yet and may use them again in the future. I can't comment on the raw hair (when it's specifically in bold on the item title) on their site because the frontal i ordered wasn't that, And while it definitely should have been labelled better, I'm not one to jump and say it was done intentionally automatically (could have been an oversight), so as long as you purchase hair with RAW in the title your mileage may vary and could be perfect. Or just email their customer service for their opinions. Very pleasant to deal with so this review is really for the customer service and the resolution. So if someone from HAIRVIRGINITY reads this, THANK YOU LOADS.

Just checked and they now have (at the time of ordering there definitely was not) a frontal that says RAW hair in the title (not the one I ordered). When ordering from a site that has RAW hair over the banners/advertising you'd expect that it would be the case for all their products or at least human hair and not synthetic (or at the very least CLEARLY lable as such). If a person from HAIRVIRGINITY is reading this PLEASE make sure that everything is properly labelled and if something is or isnt raw hair or at least human hair (as per your banners etc) highlight that fact boldly on each item so this doesn't happen again.

Hair got wet, only the frontal (which I sourced from HAIRVIRGINITY £152 down the drain) matted like crazy and felt synthetic to the touch, the rest of my hair (sourced from somewhere else, been having weave for 8+ years with so i know when something doesn't feel right) was fine. Not 'raw' human hair like they say but feels like a blend of human hair and synthetic. This happened only once before when I bought hair from paks (a shop in the uk) claiming to be 'Peruvian' hair, again matting after washing as was synthetic. Gutted over this as lasted less than two weeks before i had to remove. Should have guessed as when styling was impossible to control. Ladies, Gents and Non-binary people please spend your money elsewhere and trust your gut. Leaving my original review up for transparency sake.

P.s. the one bright thing in all of this was I needed the hair to take a picture for photo ID. At least I got that done!

Original review - Silly me ordered the wrong frontal hair type (not able to return it due to being a custom order, but my fault for not crossing my t's) but lovely hair, nice packaging and swift delivery. Would definitely use again.
