the company is doing amazing at customer resolution when an issue is had

the candles were great but all the boxes the products came in were damaged!! This would have been ok but they were all Xmas presents and as the package was delayed in delivery i didn't have the chance to get replacements prior to Christmas.

My favourite candles! The warm, rich scent of lime and coconut fills the house, and I can still smell it the day after I’ve lit the candle! These candles were Christmas gifts for many family members, who all rave about the scents!

Made an online purchase, want to pick up and not sent via Australia post, made contact with Hart and Co. was told not a problem, refund of $15.00 would b credited to my acc and would b notified when l could pick up my order in store. So purchase was delivered by Australia post.😳

Purchased 2 as gifts and 1 for myself. Absolutely beautiful fragrances and very impressed with size of the candles.
Will definitely be purchasing again.

I love all of the Hart candles. They smell amazing! I light them up after dinner to get rid of the cooking smells. My favorite are the Vanilla Caramel and Black Raspberry and Vanilla ones. Great value for money as well!

It exploded into little pieces all over my kitchen
They are usually great candles but not this time I love them but this is not good I have small children and animals

I have ALWAYS had amazing service with HART co . Ok sometimes a little wait but obviously they are very busy because they have WONDERFUL products especially candles and diffusers . Please just be patient. Especially in the world we live in today these products provide beautiful scents which In turn makes everyone that comes into contact with HART must get improved mental health well being xxx if they don’t make you happy you are not being true to yourself xx Give the guys a break x Fantastic Company with fantastic products x❤️xx Try them all!!!!! Click and collect took way too long for just 2 candles and the service in store was very poor. I was given a small bag for 2 large candles and the bag being paper broke after I left the store and I had to buy a $2 bag from some where else.

Good products
However click and collect has moved further away which impacts on the frequency of my orders

Love your candles but the wicks on my new giant candle seem to burn differently I cut them off every time but the house ends up smelling burnt not coconutty

Great product but huge letdown on delivery. Courier service left card to say they had tried to deliver but not where to collect from. Tried contacting them but all had to be done online. Waited another week to have it re-delivered (at possibly a re-delivery charge), would be quicker and easier to use Australia Post or another courier service that takes it to the Post Office to collect!

Appalling service
I made a $300 order last month during a sale period. The website mentioned that there may be delays as they need to make candles in order to dispatch. The sale ended and I sit here awaiting my candles. I have sent a number of emails with an invalid Aramex Tracking ID. The parcel hasn’t even been picked up by a driver yet. And what happens today? They announce yet another 40% off sale when they haven’t even delivered product from the previous sale! I cannot help but feel offended that they are letting their loyal customers down. I have been purchasing from this store for 9+ years; I have been to Ringwood Eastland, Carrum Downs and the former Chadstone pop up stores. I buy online — I loaded up on HEAPS of products to support this local business throughout lockdowns and now they are lying about sending me a return email and trying to buy time as my order sits awaiting pick up. Never thought it would come down to this. AVOID BUYING FROM HARTCO ONLINE. Go speak to the staff and pick up in store for an proper experience. This has put me right off and at this point; I think this is my very last order or purchase from this store. Sell outs.

I ordered 6 candles on 16 Aug 2024. I was advised that the order would take about 5-7 business days. It’s 6 sept now, and I still don’t have my candles. I’ve emailed them twice and left 3 voicemails, and no one will get back to me. They’re happy to take your money but don’t expect any help when you have a query. Peppermint grove and CIRCA have candles that are just as good as Hartco. The CIRCA Magnolia and jasmine is beautiful. I’d buy them instead. Thanks.
