Been a week and a half and no receiver…

Been a week and a half and no receiver yet. Ordered on a Monday at 9:30 AM. Web site says shipped that day if ordered before 10:00 AM. Out of stock should not be an excuse because web site said "3 in stock". I do not think it was shipped until Friday since I received a notice that day. In any event I do not have the ordered receiver. I need the receiver since I have only one working hearing aid.

Edit: Package finally came in. Package crushed but fortunately receiver not damaged. My problem is that the product was not shipped until 4 days after ordered and paid, even though web site said shipping same day if ordered by 10:00 AM, which it was. Date on package confirmed that it shipped 4 days after order date. As mentioned, "out of stock" is not a valid excuse because web site showed 3 in stock. The same day shipping is why I ordered from HEARCAREDIRECT. Very poor service!

Warning

I ordered a receiver for my husband's hearing aid. The price was good, which should have alerted me. It took awhile for it to come, then I realized it was from overseas. Warning ,when it came it was in a paper envelope the small receiver box had been crushed a little sideways. They refuse to let me exchange saying I opened the package which I DID NOT OPEN. Not sure if it is in a bag/ sleeve inside which it should be. But it has not been out of the box.
This is the first time I have had to give a bad review. The one star is for the price that was the only good thing about this experience.

Order not Received ordered July 9…

Order not Received ordered July 9 today’s date is July 17th. Very poor updates from this company. Stay away!!!!

Sorry to hear you’re yet to receive your order. I have checked on this and you selected the economy option which states 7-10 working days. Since you ordered past the stated cutoff time for same day dispatch this was sent out the very next day and it has only been 6 working days since. Please allow an extra few days for the item to get to you.

Knowing that the parts come from England beforehand and slow postage delivery was better understood the second time.

Finding the correct wax guards

I had a very difficult time finding the proper wax guards for my Oticon hearing aid. I reached for help to Hear Care Direct, and received an extremely helpful personal answer from Jordan. That led to my ordering and receiving exactly what I needed. I'm very grateful.

I have checked your order and can only apologise for the item not arriving, it seems there has been an issue with the courier so the parcel didn't make it all the way to you.
