My order for a Phonak tv connector was delivered within two weeks. US Customs took several days.
I hooked it up to the tv without a problem and it works great.

My order never arrived. I emailed customer service and told them. They are reshipping the order to me at no charge with tracking info. Couldn’t believe it. That’s unbelievable customer service. Can’t wait to receive my order. I will be a loyal customer for life.

We are ever so sorry that you faced issues initially with your order, our courier has recently been on strike which has extended our delivery promises quite significantly and this isn't the service that we wish to provide to our customers.
Service is slowly but surely getting back to normal now though, so any future orders should arrive within the timeframe stated.

I ordered a GN Resound TV streamer 2…
I ordered a GN Resound TV streamer 2 from this company on November 13th to arrive in time for Thanksgiving for my hearing impaired daughter (as per their promised 3-6 business day delivery). At day 7 I obtained a tracking number from the company only to find that 9 days after my money had been taken the product hadn’t even left the UK! I am a UK citizen living in the USA so am very aware of the inefficiencies of both Royal Mail and USPS so quite why any company would choose these as their couriers is beyond belief. It shows a company to be money pinching and unprofessional. It is NOT CLEAR on their website that the company is UK based so if you are in the USA AVOID at all costs!! I would NEVER have used them had I known. I feel, disappointed, misled and my daughter has been let down. I wouldn’t use this company again if they were the only supplier of hearing equipment in the world. Horrible customer service, dreadful communication and a phone number that doesn’t work from the USA. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I highly doubt this equipment will ever arrive given the way it has been shipped. Hearingaidaccessory.com just a heads up there are companies called DHL, FedEx and UPS all of who do a pretty decent job and would help you to stop breaking promises, you might want to try them.

We use Royal Mail and USPS as it is the most cost-efficient service, meaning that we can offer shipping to our customers at a much lower rate than it would be through another courier. We aim to be cheaper on most of our items than our competitors and wish to offer the same cost-effectiveness with our shipping prices.
Unfortunately though, we have faced extended delays in shipping due to our courier having strikes over the recent period. Our delivery promises without these issues are 99% of the time accurate, so I apologise that you have been affected by this.
I have had a look into this and can see that your order was delivered on 11/29/22.

US Shipping is sketchy
I have ordered two different times, and have had problems with shipping to the US, both times. Express Shipping was refunded on the first, and the second with regular shipping never came. However, the business is professional, and quickly resolved my issues. Thumbs up!
