If i can rate lower i will!!! I recently reviewed about my poor experience and it’s till this day and i still have not received an shipping update, the money back i paid for my express shipping in which i was told i would get via email. After my previous review i was emailed back by the operations manager which is not of help at all I’ve emailed him numerous times about a refund or even updates on my order and no reply. Never again will i order or recommend anyone to order from this site. These people are playing with items that people like me actually need and rely on not just want this is ridiculous.

I am ever so sorry that you faced delays in receiving your order, please note that the festive period would have drastically slowed down it's movement, as our shipping is estimated off working days, and there were multiple national holidays during this time.
If you could kindly forward any previous correspondence with our team members onto myself, I would like to look into this further, as we would hope no team member of ours would blame a customer for their delays in shipping times, and I would like to resolve this issue immediately if this is the case.

Hi Stephen,
I can see that you ordered 80 cells of batteries. It is shown on the website photo's that these do not come in a box, and instead they come as 10 packs of 8 batteries. We try to make this as clear as possible on the website.
If you wish to have batteries supplied in a box, you will need to keep an eye out for the description 'a box of...' when searching for batteries, and these will then arrive in a box. Hope this helps for any future orders!

Great sounds for 2023
First of all was the great price on the Oticon Streamer. Second was the low cost of international shipment. Third was the clear and concise description of the product and details of purchase. Lastly was the follow up and tracking from the supplier to my mailbox. Never once did I have to worry or have questions of the process.

Web site was difficult to manage, first offered a discount coupon, then said it expired, then made me start the whole process again. when you finally accepted my order without the coupon, the tracking process stalled, saying it was shipped but never given to a postal carrier. advertised as 1-3 days shipping, 3 weeks later I still haven't received the product. Completely dissatisfied.

Great service.
Product was easy to order and significantly cheaper than local shops. The item was backordered, however, the customer support was fabulous and understanding on getting the issue resolved.

You should have received an email to confirm your order, and then another email once your order had been dispatched.
When an order is placed and the tracked shipping option is opted for, you will receive a tracking link within the dispatch email, however I can see that you had chosen the 'Standard Untracked (6-9 Working Days)' shipping option, where a tracking link isn't provided as this is a more cost efficient service.
If you have still not received the item, please send an email to charlie@hearingaidaccessories.co.uk and I will look into getting this resolved for you.

I placed my order on December 7,2022. After the 9 business Days of waiting I tried finding out why I didn't receive it. I was insured it would be here after the holidays. The site says add 3-5 extra days for the order. Nothing. When I emailed & chatted with them I was just told bc it wasn't tracked which I didn't even see that option when I ordered it then they can't track it but they would know if it was delivered.

Your order had unfortunately been delayed by our courier strikes that have happened over the month of December. We had spoken a few times over the festive period, which I did mention that there would be further delays due to both the strikes and the Christmas period. Our courier was not operating from the 24th, up until the 28th meaning that we couldn't give any further updates other than what we had already given.
As we appreciated that you had been waiting for your order past the 9 working day timeframe, even with the delays, we then refunded the full value of your order as an apology and as a goodwill gesture.
Your parcel is still on its way to you, and you will still receive this, now free of charge.
We had hoped that this resolution would be acceptable in a situation that we unfortunately had no control over, due to our courier not delivering your item on time.
Therefore, I am deeply sorry that you did not find this offer acceptable and still felt that we had earned a bad review, as we tried to resolve the situation as best as we possibly could.
