Home Health Care actually performed quite well. The product arrived at our local post office, but wasn't placed in our mail box due to a signature need. The local post office has been unable to find it. Home Health Care needs to find an alternative shipping process rather than the US postal service.

Delivery was early and exactly what was ordered. I could not find a way to change the credit cards that popped up.

Homehealh is an INTERNET company. They did exactly what they said they would, they sourced my wheels and had them delivered to my home.

They delivered the wrong walker basket. I was supposed to get an open one that you can put more in when shopping but I got one that closes with a zipper. It is smaller inside and holds less. I also didn't come with any hardware to put it on so my husband had to use the hard ware from the old to attach it.

I STILL have NOT Received my order from July 28....4 Phone calls- NONE have been returned and 2 Emails which ALSO HAVE NOT been responded too.
