Love the product! Just a little disappointed in the delivery
Love the product; it's a really nice healthy alternative to the other things [chemicals] we can buy here in the US.
The only reason for my 3 star review is because when the package was delivered, there was a sticker on the front of the envelope that had a written description of what was inside. Since we are renting the basement of someones house, it was a bit humbling to realize that they probably saw the envelope when they set our mail at the top of the stairs. I do understand that this is probably difficult since the package was shipped from Canada to the US, but it'd be great if the company could find some way around it.

Unfortunately, for shipments crossing the Canada–U.S. border, customs regulations require us to include a description of the package contents on the customs declaration. While we do our best to keep these descriptions as discreet as possible, we must comply with customs requirements to ensure the shipment clears the border without delays.
