Fraudulent or Terrible Customer Service
I never received a shipping confirmation email, nor tracking number, nor the product I ordered. They charged my card a different amount than the invoice stated (less, for some reason). My first email asking for assistance got a response that amounted to "we'll look into this and get back to you" and my next email got no response at all. It's been over three weeks. I finally got an email from them today that the items I ordered are on back order and my purchase has been refunded. I assume they finally got around to dealing with my order because I filed a complaint against their charge to my credit card with VISA yesterday. Or, possibly, they are just a fraudulent scam website.
Thankfully I didn't desperately need the items I ordered from them, and could do without. I imagine that's not the case for everyone ordering from a health care shop.

I am in pain from osteoarthritis
I ordered walker January 24 2026 and yesterday February 11 was informed item
No longer available and this business had no other alternative walker—HARD TO BELIEVE!!!
Tried numerous times to get customer service to contact me in Ontario Canada
They boast they serve Canada and the USA
WELL I hope other customers get better service
I will get full refund—but I would have appreciated this option much earlier after ordering—almost a month ago
I am awaiting right hip replacement surgeryfor bone on bone osteoarthritis in 2months
When in severe pain —2 months can seem like 2years
This business is in British Columbia Canada

I am very sorry to hear of the shooting incident In BC

I had gotten the product from friends and found it to be very effective. Many people in my community are now ordering it. Even though it's coming from Canada I thought the delivery time was pretty reasonable.
