Requested return as material isn't as good as it used to be. Paid for return of parcel with tracking so I know it arrived, but still not got refund and it is after the period they said it would take. Have sent 2 emails to check/chase and had no response.

It took me altogether ~3 months to get my backpack, because the first one was lost on the way. That has more to do with the delivery service than the company, though. Once contacted, they rapidly sent me a new one, which arrived recently and feels great.

Amazing quality bag and I love the ethos of the company. Delivery to a remote island off Tasmania was superb. Well done Millican!

I’m more pleased with the backpack then I thought would be. A definite A1 purchase.

Received my roll top rucksack and I’m very pleased with it. Delivery timing outside of the U.K. seems a bit opaque to me. While it was on its way, I experienced multiple days with no clear idea of where the delivery was or how much longer it would need before arrival.

Lovely bags this is already the second I buy as it have been very successful. Big enough to carry a all my stuff including books

I’ve got two of your bags the first ‘smith the roll 18ltr’ which I still use and going strong after 5-6 years of heavy use and the second recent purchase is the bigger ‘original roll 25ltr’ with the pockets which I always wanted,, and got immediately once I saw your back in business!

I was disappointed with the new quality of the Millican Daypack, as I felt the bags looked better a few years ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the product and decided to return it.

I understand that I needed to pay for the initial shipping, but I was a bit disappointed that I also had to cover the return shipping costs (€14.95), bringing the total shipping cost to €20.

That said, I would like to mention that the customer service communication has been very good throughout the process, and I appreciate that. I have not yet received the refund, but I trust that this will be handled correctly.

The design is great however the new synthetic fabric is not pleasant and smell chemicals. From far I prefer the natural fibers with wax on it on the previous model.

Great bags. The best I ever had, which is also why I waited and waited for them to get their large size rucksacks back in inventory. I had to fix my old Milican rucksack several times. It was worn out, but I just could not reconcile me with anything lesser than Milican.
