The Survey was carried out the day following my initial order and a draft was sent for my approval without delay.

Requested home report and receive very quickly even received follow up phone call to have confirmation if l had received it girl was very polite and understanding after reading report it flat was not for me ,report was very thorough and was obviously carried out by a professional company certainly would recommend 10 /10 👍

Yet, your to and fro process on line could be smoother. It’s not iPhone friendly. Emails are duplicated and are too busy. You did ask !

I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend their service.
The Home Report produced for my property contained inaccurate and misleading information, including a Category 3 (urgent repair) for an issue that was not properly investigated. The surveyor based this on assumptions rather than confirmed facts, and even after I provided written confirmation from the property management company that the issue had been identified and resolved, they refused to amend the report.
Instead of taking responsibility, they placed the burden on me to obtain highly specific technical confirmations, which should have been part of their own due diligence before issuing such a serious rating.
The valuation itself also does not reflect key aspects of the property such as size, layout, and overall condition. Multiple local estate agents gave significantly higher and more realistic valuations based on the current market, yet this was dismissed without proper consideration.
Overall, the service felt rigid, unhelpful, and lacking practical understanding of the market. There was no willingness to fairly review the evidence provided, and the approach taken was defensive rather than professional.
A Home Report is a critical document when selling a property, and in this case, I believe it was not an accurate reflection of reality, which has had a negative impact on my ability to proceed with the sale.
Very disappointing experience.

Excellent all the way. Efficient and communicative surveyor, open to all we could add to what he himself saw. Fast turnaround time even when we said there was no hurry. Final report that got the fingerprints of the house right. Valuation - ah, everyone's always that bit disappointed, but it was clearly more realistic than our own hopeful guess.

From my initial enquiry to receiving the Home Report the service I received was prompt, very professional and excellent.

Very impressed by the clear communication and how quickly the survey was carried out. Also impressed with Garry the surveyor who carried out the survey. Very professional but made the experience straightforward and easy to understand. The survey was comprehensive not a 15 minute job and completed very quickly. Would recommend the company & service provided without any qualms.

All went as promised. Good comms by main office and by Brett the surveyor. Fuss free survey. Live online portal to track progress and access downloads was very efficient. Would recommend.
