Excellent all the way. Efficient and communicative surveyor, open to all we could add to what he himself saw. Fast turnaround time even when we said there was no hurry. Final report that got the fingerprints of the house right. Valuation - ah, everyone's always that bit disappointed, but it was clearly more realistic than our own hopeful guess.

From my initial enquiry to receiving the Home Report the service I received was prompt, very professional and excellent.

Very professional but made the experience straightforward and easy to understand. The survey was comprehensive not a 15 minute job and completed very quickly. Would recommend the company & service provided without any qualms.

Home report done in the morning. Draft was available for approval late afternoon. Faster than expected.

Cheap but very negative home report. Our property was fully electrically rewired ten years ago but surveyor scored it a two despite all the evidence and recent condition reports saying it was good.

Cheapest quote I could find, easy to arrange survey and helpful team.

I am very disappointed with the service I received.
The main issue is that the valuation does not reflect important factors such as the size of my flat, its location within the building, and the full renovation I carried out. I invested around £12,000 upgrading the property, and it is now in excellent condition, but this was not properly reflected in the valuation.
I also provided clear information about differences between my flat and others used as comparisons — including condition, layout, and issues like dampness in other flats — but this was not meaningfully considered. It feels like the valuation relied too heavily on basic comparables without properly accounting for real differences between properties.
In addition, an important error in the report regarding the chimney and roof issue was not corrected, despite me explaining the actual cause and resolution of the problem.
Overall, I feel the process was rigid and lacked practical market understanding, especially when compared to the opinions of three local estate agents who all valued the property significantly higher.
For these reasons, I am not satisfied with the service provided.
