I have read many home reports and honestly thought what a waste of money; UNTIL, I had a visit from Tom, he was so precise , taking measurements and photos. He was able to highlight areas that could be improved on in the future . I appreciated his honesty and reassured also that my property is fit for sale.

Administratively disappointing after the survey … To and fro with loose ends leaving the Agent to chase down the finished article.

Not bad not great either. Wasn’t fully aware of our area, used a house that had been turned into a 4 bedroom ( removed the garage, while ours was stand alone) and sold 2 years prior to drag my house price down the best part of £15000. Having to have constant emails because my surveyor because even though having “6 years “ experience he got very basic things wrong that people with knowledge or proper research would have got right. Lovely guy and corrected them but still not really good enough especially since I’ve been in the building game myself for for 25 years and really I need to know that that guys I’m employing are of good level not just competent but the price reflected this and in the end I got what I paid for.

Managed to get an appointment within a few days of my phoning. Survey was as expected very thorough. Surveyor was very professional and friendly and emailed me the report by the end of the day. As a result of this quick turnaround I had an offer on the flat 2 days later.
