Called due to a missing screw, the specific screw was identified quickly, the person the call was held with was delightful to talk to, and the problem was resolved immediately.

I purchased an i29 chair and it’s been very comfortable to use since I work from home and also use it for gaming at night.

I had a few issues with my chair but Lisa and Daniel helped me without any troubles and sent out new parts when needed. Customer service is 10/10 and having a 10 year warranty on my chair put my mind at ease.

I would recommend purchasing a chair from Hood in any situation as the customer service alone has been the best I’ve had in 10 years.

I've had an F94 from Hood Seating for a few months and I'm in love with it. From someone who suffers from back pain, I find it so comfortable and I feel far less stiff at the end of the day. The customer service at also fantastic!

Really comfortable and durable chair, easy to assemble with clear instructions and the team were great to deal with throughout the whole process.

After buying (and returning) 3 other chairs, I purchased a Hood I29. This thing is awesome. It’s robust and solidly made and it’s so, so comfortable. I love it. Great product, great service and the assembly instructions were just perfect, I had it built in less than 5 mins.
