Prices keep going up need to be more competitive. Was very good value at one point slowly heading towards the big six in prices which are not good for customers

Hub have just carried on where Gulf left. No bells or whistles or any other
razz-m-tazz just quietly going on with the business of suppling my energy needs. I trust them completely.

I have had no problems with Hub energy and their prices have been very fair so far.

I have been with HUB for a number of years (previously called Gulf) and have both gas and electricity through them. I have always found them to be very competitive with their fixed price tariffs. Communication is always clear and the website too. If you use less fuel than expected you are given the opportunity to lower your direct debit which is good. If I have had to contact them the staff have always been helpful. My only issue is that this year I have had to agree to have smart meters fitted in order to take advantage of the best deal, something I didn’t want to do as I was very happy submitting monthly readings and was always on time. However, I do understand there is a government push to do this, but it’s a shame there wasn’t an alternative option on a similar tariff for loyal customers who do not want smart meters.

Switching to Hub Energy for my electricity and gas supply was easy, simple and hassle free. The price I pay for my dual fuel is very competitive and significantly cheaper than my previous supplier. It is very easy to access my account online and get an instant update.

I have been very happy with HUB energy having been with them since 2018. Regular monthly statements and reminders to take meter reading. Value for money. Would recommend.

Seamless changeover with no problems, no problems with billing.
Everything is working fine.

Only disappointment is that our smart meter cannot be read by HUB. Otherwise it would be 5*!

Monthly reminder to read meter and a monthly account is useful and tariff is competitive so have renewed again.

Trouble free changeover to Hub, communication has been fine. To date I have no negative experiences.
I'm still waiting for my old smart meter to be replaced with a modern one that functions, but that delay must be due to the pandemic.

I changed a few months ago , the switch went smoothly, the website works well it’s very easy to submit a meter reading. Easy company to be with and great value.

Been with HUB about 3 months so far. Easy and quick to switch.
Clear bills and the only contact I've had was to amend my direct debit payments which were done without any problems.

Hoping they can install a smart meter asap as my meter is difficult to get to.
