Ordered an item despite the poor reviews on Trustpilot as it was what I was looking for. Product delivered was not what I ordered and the quality was very poor (didn't matter as it was not what I ordered). E-mailed twice no reply. As I was to be passing near their premises I took it back. Staff surly most of them barely spoke English. Did however receive the full refund. In the meantime I found another supplier offering the same products who actually sent me what I ordered, it was of far better quality and their customer services was excellent. Ordering from the internet is risky. Should have paid more attention to the poor reviews on Trustpilot and not purchased. My advice is do not buy from this company.

Easy to order, promptly delivered and easy to assemble. Not got our dog yet so not deployed it yet.

Was charged £24 for carriage in 7-10 working days. It wasn't even despatched for after 10 days and took three weeks to arrive. When I emailed chasing it I didn't even get a reply.
Shocking service and rip off delivery.

Arrived quickly. Sturdy product and it stops my dog from going upstairs.

I ordered a hand rail on 15th Feb 2025. It wasnt cheap! It is NOT arrived. I have emailed them and got a response it was due for dispatch that was 24th Feb and it is still NOT arrived!! The Live chat doesnt work no one responds ....the contact email doesnt work. So I have emailed yet again. Im NOT holding any hope BUT I am writing this review to WARN EVERYONE!!! Dont buy from here their customer service is dire and I now doubt my handrail will ever arrive. So disappointed and let down!!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE... DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Yes quite a quick delivery and stair rail was very well packed and was of good quality. It did not arrive when expected and would have liked a bit more communications on how the order was progressing. Other than that 4 star service.

Order delivered promptly. One very small item missing in the original package, anyone can slip up, but dealt with without question. Apologised, rectified, and received the part the very next day. Super service!

Ordered a week ago, stipulates goods despatched in 1-3 days, still waiting. emailed - no response, called their number - whoever answered said I’ll call you back within the hour, they didn’t! Called again, got a message saying text me, sent a text, within 10 minutes got a despatch email, goods weren’t actually despatched and still not received! Avoid at all costs as the whole process is shocking! Goods are not cheap and expect better!

Very happy with my purchase. The hand rail is very stylish and although quite expensive is worth it for the wow factor.
Delivery was slower than expected but that is my only small gripe.
Recommended trader.

Nice rustic look, the only problem I found was one of the brackets wasn't a true bend so didn't fit flush to wall.
Overall I think the price was about right.
5* could have been given if not for the bracket.

Being honest the items themselves were ok , better dimensions could have been given. As for customer service, the product wasn't sent until I asked for it to be! After messaging and messaging the item which was supposed to be delivered within 5 days to my home ,took over three weeks but as I mentioned,it would not have been sent unless I had reminded them, customer waiting for items too,which made it worse ,an apology would have been good also

No updates and customer service once the order was placed. The delivery was delayed by a couple of weeks and when it did get delivered, the delivery company left it on the street. By the time someone went out to collect it, our rails were stolen. On reporting it to the delivery company (who were atleast responsive) they asked us to contact the vendor. Since then no response from them. It feels like they don't care one bit about customers. I will be reporting them.

Order at your peril. I experienced very slow delivery, no updates, no response, no customer service. I wouldn't waste time choosing custom sizes as they don't follow instruction. I can assure you for a simple order with custom size request, they will give you the wrong size, deliver the wrong item and forget an entire item from your incomplete order which is the case. Trust your gut and go with a different supplier.

I regret not reading the reviews before placing the order.
Placed an order over 10 days ago and since then nothing, no emails, no communication nothing I emailed them requesting an update, I sent a message, they just ignore you after placing the order. Now I have to find alternatives so I can finish my hallway because they are unreliable. And no miney back either as you can't get in touch with them to request a refund!

I purchased this item on the 6th December and paid £12.99 shipping (1-2 days via DHL Tracked) Item wasn't dispatched with DHL and was sent via Evri with delivery on the 16th December. As this hadn't arrived in time for a specific project I had to purchase elsewhere. I have sent numerous emails to Industial Maestro and to date have not even had an acknowledgment. Please don't waste your money with this company. I haven't even unpacked this item as it's no longer needed and just want to return it for a refund. Dreadful non existent customer service. I will be reporting this to trading standards. Please save your money and look elsewhere for a reputable company who adhere to trading standard laws.
