Very poor quality product
Ordered a ceiling mounted clothes rail .
It was basically some steel pipe and some pipe fittings that cost me £110 ,the paint started flaking off as soon as I took it out of the box , definitely wouldn't order anything else off this site

Pleased with the product looks good in the hallway. Delivery took ages though for item to arrive. Otherwise happy with the service.

Delivery was fine but the rail was too deep for my wardrobe. I spoke to someone there and they said they could create a shorter rail arm for me and they'd send me a quote. Never happened and no longer answer the phone or Whatsapp

Ordering easy quick delivery. I made a mistake with my order company sorted it out with no trouble whatsoever. Response was quick and easy absolutely delighted with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this company.

Bought my product online and needed to speak to them about getting more parts. I tried to communicate by WhatsApp, Email and online chat which got me nowhere. As a result of being ghosted, I had no choice but to buy another unit because no one would take an order for individual parts. This is despite the website offering this service.

To sum up - they provide poor after service which is a shame because their products are super and their delivery times are fairly good too.

I am waiting for some rails i ordered a week ago. I want to actually order some more but these have yet to turn up and want to order custom sizes. Can somebody please get back to me? I ordered through racksflex and have since seen the company is also called Industrial Maestro. I would appreciate anyone coming back to me if the order cannot be completed then a refund. If no further response in a couple of days i will be going to my bank & the police plus reporting on Etsy

Product was not as advertised and also had different dimensions to what was given on the website.

First no reaction. Asking for feedback. After a while got the feedback how to order my custom made shelf. All payed. Nothing happend. Asking once again. Then I should confirm my already payed order. Why? After some promises with words without meaning I involved my bank at the end I got the money back.
