The product was great quality, delivery great. However there was a piece missing meaning I had to rework it to use and 30% became of no use, and I had to change where I put it.

Easy to order and to assemble,looks expensive and gives my stairs a nicer look.

Exactly what I ordered did have to wait a little while but well worth it looks amazing.

Poor communication. The shelves I ordered are nice however not a smooth transaction.
Why does the website state 3-5 days delivery when in reality it was 14 days. Surely a simple fix to quote accurate delivery times.
Also I contacted company via chat twice and WhatsApp once, simply does not respond. I’ve been sent the wrong brackets, not as shown on their website and not fit for purpose, as the bracket were supposed to be lipped. The “L” brackets received over hang the shelves, so no use.
So in summary I have two shelves that were supposed to be a chunky 4cm deep, but are not, and I cannot fit them until I get more brackets. Not what was advertised and not what I paid for.
This company seriously needs to get better at communicating, providing accurate descriptions of products and honest delivery expectations.

Ordered items 3 weeks ago and have sent 3 emails, the SHOP app says it has yet to be dispatched. Two issues, one awful customer service and communication, second; why are SHOP working with a company does not respect its customers. If the items are being shipped refund me, otherwise answer my emails!!!

Slow delivery. Doesn't come with screws. A little disappointing for the money

Great product, unfortunately i ordered the incorrect size and found it very difficult to contact them to arrange returning the item. The link on their website for returns takes you to a dead-end and the email i sent bounced back. I ended up selling the incorrect one privately.

Good product. The minus is the brackets can scratch the rods. The pre drilled hole have sharp bit left

Horrible company. No communication and my item has yet to show up.

Ordered a shelf over two weeks ago, emailed a week ago and attempted to call and contact via what’s app with no response. We are still yet to receive the order if it is even coming at all.
To the owner of this business please cancel our order, refund the payment and we will go elsewhere

Ordered a hanging rail. Love the product and it arrived promptly. So happy I ordered another one and that one also arrived quickly. Very happy all round.

Customer service didn’t respond to my return request. After sending a number of emails and texts I had to escalate the issue. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

This is the third time I have used Maestro and every time they are brilliant! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for shop rails.

These people are great at supplying what you need the paintwork looks pretty similar to what you use on a truck very hard wearing.
