Dean was excellent to work with to get a mortgage offer completed for a BTL. Very easy to get hold of and most of all knowledgable in this area, providing various options and flexibility. He was also responsive over the Christmas period providing updates and also putting me on a better product as rates changed in the markets. I’ll definitely be using Dean again and recommending him to family and friends.

The level of service and quality provided by Jackson Mortgage Brokers was outstanding. Dean is absolutely outstanding in his role. He took the time to speak with us over the phone initially to discuss all our requirements and go through financial checks so we knew what we could afford. He was patient and would go above and beyond with emailing solicitors for us to chase and handle queries and no ask was too much. He was a saviour in this process as I’m sure everyone knows, buying and selling is not a smooth process, but it genuinely felt smooth all because of Dean.
