Chris Jackson previously helped us when we got our first mortgage, when he was based at another brokerage. When I found out he had left, I made sure to find out where he had moved to as I was so impressed with how he had helped us previously. I was very glad to find that Chris had opened his own brokerage and not only did he remember me but he also gave us some great advice. His colleague Dean Bennell was assigned to help with our remortgage and I cannot express how easy Dean made the whole process. Everything was explained clearly and concisely and all our options were laid out for us whilst also providing recommendations to make sure we got the best possible deal. Dean went above and beyond to ensure that we were in the best position when it came to our remortgage and as someone who finds the thought of mortgages daunting, I felt reassured throughout the whole process - he is a real credit to the company. Even now, we are sorting out our insurance through David Hilton and yet again a really seamless process with another very knowledgable and helpful member of the team. Chris and his team have been amazing throughout this entire process and I look forward to working with them again when the time comes to remortgage - I couldn't recommend them enough!
