Hi Thomas, Thank you for your feedback. Belinda :-)
My previous deliveries have always been…
My previous deliveries have always been timely but my last one took 13 days even though it was dispatched the same day as the order. Being an internet based company delivery is a vital part of the business even if it is out-sourced so I have rated this experience as 4 stars. Hopefully my next review will be 5 stars.

Hi Dani, Thank you for your order and feedback. Belinda :-)
Prompt delivery, wide range of products.
Thanks for your prompt delivery of my product. I just have a comment that you may consider! I purchase 20kg bags of food and I am concerned that the bags of food may easily be punched during delivery, when they are only covered in another plastic bag.
Thanks again for your prompt delivery & wide range of products.

Hi Kim, Thank you for your feedback. Our plastic satchels are made from strong recyclable plastic and stand up to a bit of rough and tough in transit. They are also great if left out in the rain as cardboard can go soggy. Please let us know if you ever have any issues and we look forward to helping you again soon. Belinda :-)
