BEWARE: any positive review is 100% fake.
Calling themselves an “elegant, high quality” company is actually crazy.
I ordered a dress (originally $100, on sale for $50) and it arrived smelling like a Halloween costume. I tried it on and the one sleeve was manufactured incorrectly. The fabric for a human shoulder was just completely missing. I even took out my tape measure to be sure, and yup, only the one side was measured/cut/sewn correctly.
I tried to contact customer service to return and get a refund. No response until almost a week later and I got a generic, AI generated response that didn’t address anything I said. Just that I was eligible to return, but didn’t give me instructions to return.
I’ve disputed with my credit card company.
Don't order from here - worse quality than Shein.
UPDATE: it’s only gotten worse. The customer service kept trying to convince me to keep the UNWEARABLE item if they gave me a “15% courtesy refund”, then it increased to 30%. I don’t know what is confusing about the item being damaged and unwearable. When the company finally provided return information, all they said was that I can return the item at my OWN expense to their company in France. The refund would not be added back to my card until one week after they’ve received the item. This would cost more to ship than the item is worth. They are doing this on purpose and it is unethical. Absolutely horrible customer service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I’ve been arguing with their customer service for weeks now. My credit card company will take it from here.
It’s also clear they’re padding reviews with fake ones whenever someone leaves a bad review.

Missing items and bad customer service …
I ordered a nail kit but items were missing from the delivery, the delivery was delayed as well. I contacted them multiple times about the missing item and they said “we’ll get back to you” but never did. Complete waste of money, couldn’t even get a refund as they didn’t respond to me. I can’t even use the half of the order that they sent me without the missing items.

Do NOT buy from Katimy. Their customer service is terrible, I've emailed them several times requesting to cancel my order and to receive a refund, but I've yet to get a reply or confirmation. I've been emailing them to cancel my order BEFORE the package ships in order to make the refunding process easier for both parties, but no matter how much I follow up, the process of my order CONTINUES to go through even after FOUR emails requesting to cancel. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a dress from them and it did not look like the picture on the website and it was the complete wrong size. Weirdly enough, there are no tags on it or any labels either far as the size or instructions on how to care for the dress. I spent $50 dollars and I emailed contact@katimy as their website tells you to do to initiate a return and I’ve followed up 3 times as well, and gotten no response. This business is corrupt, unethical and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well, so others do not get scammed. Completely unacceptable, please do not waste your money on them.

I appreciate your input. PayPal used to be an option, but we had to quit using them because they were problematic when we tried to issue refunds and consistently rejected all of our transactions.
So that our consumer would not have any issues getting their refund, we must discontinue using it.

Poor Service and Defective Item
I ordered a dress from Katimy, and my experience has been very disappointing! The dress arrived damaged and does not resemble the pictures displayed on the website.
When I reached out to the customer service team, I was offered a 15% partial refund to keep the item or an exchange for a new item. However, I want to return the dress and receive a full refund, as promised in their return policy.
This situation is unacceptable, and I am frustrated by the lack of resolution. I expected better service and adherence to their stated policies.
I hope others will consider this experience before making a purchase.

Note to self: before buying from companies featured Pinterest, check Trustpilot for reviews on the company in advance. Oh, and don't buy from Katimy.
Ordered a pair of high-waisted pants. When they arrived a week ago (21 Oct), they were anything but smart, made from cheap material, with hem stitching on show, and far too short.
I immediately started the returns process via email as directed. Katimy responded 23 Oct, with an apology and offer of help with any problem and proposal to exchange the pants for a different size. I replied the same day (kindly send me the instructions for returning these). Katimy replied 24 Oct - the management team suggested to obtain a partial refund of 15% as a 'gesture of goodwill' and keep the item, an exchange or to send an unstamped returns slip for me to ship to their post boxes in France. I requested a straight return and refund the same day and I am still waiting for the returns slip!!
Will I ever receive a reply? Will my house be rid of this item? Hopefully we'll find out better news in the next thrilling installment of this unnecessary drama.

Hice un pedido por error
Tras hacer un pedido por error, estuve escribiendole durante varios dias diciendole que queria cancelarlo, no obtuve respuesta, a los 3-4 dias, me dijeron que el pedido estaba enviado ya, que tenia que esperar a que me llegase y ya tramitar la devolución.
Conforme me llego el pedido, les volvi s escribir para hacer la devolución y llevan una semana y media dandome largas y poniendome impedimentos para hacer la devolución aun sabiendo que los costes de envio a la dirección de devolución corren de mi cuenta.
Jamas volveria a comprar en esta pagina y ni mucho menos se lo recomendaria a alguien.

Awful after sale service.
The product was good and arrived promptly, BUT size was wrong and not reflective of what I ordered according to their size guide. Inside Tag said size 1. It would fit a 12 year old child. Not a small woman.
I Emailed 5 times. No response.
Eventually after I put up a review they replied, saying I could return the item at my own cost or get a 30% refund. I would have preferred a complete refund.
Very, very disappointing :(
