No contestan mails para reembolso

Compré un vestido para una boda y nunca llegó (error de correos) pero de momento atención al cliente no me contesta, lo que me resulta curioso puesto que cuando escribí para resolver una duda en menos de 12h ya me habían contestado. Por lo que se ve responden a lo que les da la gana. Menuda atención al cliente de PENA. Pero vamos, que voy a continuar reclamando mis 50€.

Charming Blue Dress

I received my dress this morning I ordered the “Charming Blue Dress” This looked nothing like the picture the on the website seams aren’t sewn properly and coming undone. The quality of the dress is horrible this is false advertising! I’m so disappointed! I’ve requested a refund and have had no response so much for customer service available 7days a week! (11days to arrive can only return within 14 days)

Très déçue

Très déçue, un article commandé (pantalon) de mauvaise qualité, une livraison très longue. Un SAV non satisfaisant. Sachez qu'on peut retourner un article, mais à nos frais. Je ne recommanderai sûrement pas sur ce site.

Rassurée et un peu déçue à la fois

J’avais TRÈS peur en commandant que ce site qui a l’air tout sauf fiable (me demander pas pourquoi j’ai quand même essayé). Donc voici mon avis au final :

- colis reçu : à savoir que j’ai pris l’assurance colis. Je n’étais déjà pas sûre de le recevoir pour du vrai

- temps de livraison : vachement en retard comparé à ce qui a été dit. Je l’avais commandé pour un mariage qui arrivait 2 semaines et demi après et je n’ai pas reçu la robe à temps 🤡 15 jours de livraison au lieu de 5-7 dit à la base

- qualité : la robe n’est pas de qualité incroyable, je trouve que pour 30€ ça fait l’affaire. Je suis tout de même un peu déçue du rendu, surtout de dos qui n’est pas très beau. Avec une veste ça passe.

- service client : j’ai envoyé un mail suite à mon inquiétude en voyant sur les sites de tracking colis une livraison estimée a près de 25 jours en transit. On m’a répondu le lendemain de manière très correcte et précise. Rien à redire la dessus !

Je pense que le site est « fiable » si vous prévenez l’assurance colis.

Je suis cependant déçue de ne pas voir un site plus présent sur les réseaux, des avis client sur le site qui sonnent réels,… tout cela ne donne pas du tout confiance à la base. Katimy se tire une balle dans le pied de la sorte.

Je ne sais pas si j’envisagerai de commander à nouveau, je penche plutôt vers le non, mais à voir.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I used the Norwegian version of katimy and they sent me defective products. They also use images from legit brands like AYM and send you low quality and defective versions. Given the other reviews here I will not waste my time trying to get my money back.

Got a refund and got to keep the dress

I ordered the blue floral corset dress, and it looked a lot cheaper and not really like the images I saw online. It said on their website that they did returns when I ordered it, but when I asked they said they didn't. My option was to either exchange it for something else and ship the dress to an address in France. I said I didn't want that as their website said they did returns - after a bit of back and forth, I received a refund in full.

The reason for 4* is because their customer service was very good, although clearly using fake images of themselves in their email signature, and the language used was clearly google translate.

Product didn't fit at all like the…

Product didn't fit at all like the advertising pic so wanted to return straight away. Stupidly ordered the next size up thinking it would fit better but even worse. This was back in June and having emailed their customer services every week since have heard nothing. So 14 days Return policy has elapsed and I'm stuck with 2 x £65 jumpsuits! SCAM

SCAM DO NOT ORDER

Reviews below are correct. I wish I had seen them before I ordered. I decided to return the product, spend the money to ship it back to France only to have it returned as the address doesn’t exist. The product was absolutely garbage (sleeves were noticeably a different length) and they sent me a different colour than I ordered. I sent the pictures to customer service. They offered a small credit to keep the product instead of recognizing the errors and faulty product. Absolutely a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.
