Garbage product - Fake Reviews
This company and their products are garbage. The dress I ordered has a plastic underlining that is completely horrible and unwearable. I bought this based on thousands of 5 star reviews that they have which I quickly learned that are all fake. You cannot search or read any of them. If you want a return they will ask you to pay for shipping to France. This product didn’t even come from France. Alternatively they will offer a 15% credit and allow you to keep the product. Their clothes are not even good to wash your car with. Scam company - stay away!

J'ai commandé le 29 mai et immédiatement contacté le sav car je m'étais trompé de taille. Rectifié en 2 heures, avant l'envoi.
Livraison un peu plus longue que prévue (mais je pense que c'était du à la poste). En revanche l'article correspond bien a ce que j'avais demandé, avec la correction de la part du SAV.

Scam company-stay away
This company is a scam. Now looking back at their website, I should have been more vigilant. The dress I bought had 1547 reviews, but none of them are searchable. You can't read or search any of them. Clearly made up. The return process has been: sent an email requesting a return, wait three days, received email back suggesting a different size instead of a return, sent an email back to again just request a return, waiting another three days, then received an email back saying that they "heard back from their management team" and I can keep the item and they will refund me 15%, return for store credit, or simply return the item to France, which I have to pay for. The package I received came from NJ.
Stay far away from this company. Their intentions are clearly not selling quality clothing or getting repeat customers.

Livraison très longue mais ça n' est pas le plis embêtant... impossible de joindre le service client.. il est noté service client 7/7! Il n' existe pas de numéro de téléphone, on ne peut les joindre que par mails et ils ne répondent jamais! Et le pire c' est que j ' ai reçu la robe commandée toute déchirée au niveau de la doublure!!! Site à fuir! Je suis dégoutée j' ai perdu 30euros alors que je fais super attention!!
