Apart from the great customer service Christine provided, the ability to speak to someone on the phone and have them actively assist with rectifying the issue in a timely manner was very pleasing.

Highly recommended for service & professionalism
Phil, Christine & the team from Kern were extremely helpful & professional, Christine kept me updated throughout the installation of the internet / wifi connection which was a bit complicated. We’re very happy with their service and the result.

Look no further.....
Our old wifi provider out of the blue gave us 30 days notice they were not continuing. A quick google lead us to Kern Wi-Fi and the rest is history. Communication and understanding from the very first enquiry has been outstanding. Very quick to respond and made sure our guest wi-fi was not interrupted with very little help from our previous provider. Have already recommended to other businesses.

Your illegitimate request for the provisioning of international mail systems inside the Australian IP space was ignored as it violates not only our own professional standards but the codes of Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
You are currently listed in the Register Of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) and we are unable to provide services to you.
Had no internet
Had no internet and was able to diagnose the fault over the phone.
Christine was able to isolate the problem and was working the next day.

The support Christine provided was amazing.

We are sorry you feel this way especially after the great service we have provided for you over the years.
It is a shame that unrealistic expectations have your influenced your willingness to accept our advice especially after we delivered a NBN service to your building at no cost to yourself. As you are aware, services are not free and we still recommend that you employ a qualified IT agent to take care of your business network.
No fault of yours. Unable to connect
As your wifi service was unable to be connected in my area I have rated you as a 3.
Staff were friendly and obliging and tried their best to find a solution to the black spot, without success.

My enquiry was answered extremely quickly by a real person in Adelaide - which is an instant 5/5 from me who is SICK of having to message overseas call centres!! The lady who called went over all the options with me and was SO helpful. Having a local provider with local knowledge who will actually respond and TALK to the customer is priceless

Purchased new modem
Purchased new modem, had issues with multiple logins, called tech support, discovered new modem had cloned previous mac address; factory reset modem, correct mac address being sent but still had multiple logins. Thanks to Nathan and Christine the cause of the multi logins were discovered. Modem now running correctly>

Hi John and thanks for your feedback. The job ticket was opened at 13:04 06/12/21 and completed at 16:09 06/12/21. (3hrs)The issue is specific to Gmail email and its policies and not something which we normally see. I had actually tested with my own personal Gmail account and this worked. Let us know if it needs to be investigated further. Phil :)
