We’re very sorry about the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival and that due to the busy arrival day and traffic problems of our cleaning staff your apartment was not cleaned. That should not happen to anybody - keyone guests deserve to find a clean and pretty aparmtent on the arrival day. For sure there is a way to compensate this inconvenience.

wir freuen uns sehr, dass du mit deinen vier Mitreisenden eine tolle Skiwoche in unserer Unterkunft hattest, und danken dir, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Es ist schön zu hören, dass ihr alles hattet, was ihr für euren Aufenthalt gebraucht habt – besonders die Ausstattung der Unterkunft und der sonnige Balkon scheinen ja echte Highlights gewesen zu sein.

Es tut uns leid, dass wir die Ausstattung der Küche im Vorfeld nicht besser kommunizieren konnten. Wir arbeiten daran, die Informationen zu unserer Küchenausstattung noch transparenter zu gestalten, damit niemand unnötig eigene Küchenutensilien mitbringen muss.
