Daughters costume came after Halloween and they won't let me return it. They said I should have expressed shipped it for a ridiculous amount of money.

I ordered a large bunny to be sent to Finland. It didnt arrive. It stopped in Spain.
I wouldnt buy anything from them agsin.

This company don’t tell you that it takes a month or more to receive your packages, I ordered a costume from this place and it won’t get here until November 5 and I ordered this item on October 1st, for Halloween. I was never given a tracking number and when I complained to the app that I don’t have a tracking number they gave me a tracking number that says my product won’t reach until November 5th, which means I won’t get it in time. They lied saying they have fast delivery the best thing I can tell you is do not order from this site. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from here. I did read the reviews on the site and I believe that they are fake and not verified because I’m feeling the way everyone one under these reviews is feeling.

Do Not order from this company. I ordered my daughters Halloween costume from them it never arrived. They have make me jump through hoops with my local post office. Even the postal office was appalled by the manor of business. I order her costume on 9/17/22. I’d look daily and nothing. I finally reached out to the company who to me to contact my local post office which did I opened an investigation. I got an email stating the issue had be resolved. I forward the email FROM THE POST OFFICE TO KIDS COUNTRY AND THE DEMANDED MORE INFORE AND FOR ME TO WASTE MY TIME FILING OUT YET ANOTHER FORM. This is from my local post office Re: Your USPS Service Request #43284535 Has Been Resolved! [ ref:_00Dj0GyYH._500t0136A8G:ref ] and still kidz company is ridiculous. Even the post office was shocked. I paid up front for a costume I never received. And the email were Quite snarky. Unprofessional business out for themselves not their customers. I’m one pissed off Mom. I mean my daughters 3 years old come on!

Do not order from this company. The refused to let me return a product that didn’t fit my daughter. I also found the same dress I ordered for $20 less than on there website. Now I’m stuck with two dresses, one that my daughter will never even wear. Do not recommend.

I would not recommend a purchase from this company. I made a purchase Aril 4, 2022. It is now Sept 29th. My payment was processed by the company, and I have NO product! After multiple trips to the post office, I was told that the address label was illegible, and the package was returned to the company in China. I sent several emails to the company and still have no product. Because 90 days have passed, my credit card company cannot dispute the charge. Terrible business!!

Cheap Chinese rubbish, not a UK company as claimed.

The quality was extremely poor for the price I paid, and the item stopped working in a couple of months.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

When placed the order I 100% believed this was a UK based company, but when I received the tracking number I noticed that the item was shipped directly from CHINA.

The website is misleading making you believe that the company is UK based when is NOT.
It took 3 weeks for the item to arrive which is even faulty.

KIDZcountry is clearly a chinese seller not a british one!

Once I noticed the item being shipped from China I contacted support asking why this coming from China and if the item complies with British safety Standard and response was the following:

"Thanks for contacting Kidz Country.
For promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping items, we work with suppliers from around the world to provide you with the BEST savings possible."

here response in regards to British safety standard:

"Thanks for contacting Kidz Country,

We produce it according to British safety standards. We will not sell any defective products."

Well... the above is a lie, also the product arrived basically in a black rubbish bag poorly sealed.

Didn’t even want to give one star to this company albeit they did take the time to respond to my questions so I’ll let them have that!

I ordered from them believing that I was ordering from a UK based company as stated on the website. My reason for doing so was to avoid any delays in shipping from overseas caused by the many issues e.g. Brexit, Covid, war in Ukraine etc.

Sadly it became clear that my ordered item was coming from China! When I questioned this I was told that whilst they are registered as a UK company their suppliers are “worldwide”, by this they mean China!

My item arrived 3 weeks after ordering which I was OK with however, other than outer wrap
my items were literally inside a clear ziplock bag nothing else!

This was supposed to be a gift!

I have seen the items on Amazon and other sites but always try to support small UK based companies, what a mistake.

I contacted the company to ask about the packaging to be told that I have not been charged for packaging so not to worry?

I suggest that you do not buy from this item from this Site. On Amazon it is £13.93 for 58 pieces in a plastic storage tub, I sadly paid £25 for 48 pieces in a cheap ziplock bag?

FAKE CHINESE SHELL COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. You will order a product and never get it. Look at all the reviews of their products on the site, they are all written in horrible broken english. FAKE REVIEWS, FAKE COMPANY.
