Never buy from these bandits. I never received my purchase and they wouldn’t credit me the $100+ that I spent!!

Bad customer service. They don't stand behind their products. They claim to offer refund or exchange except for items that are the wrong colour, wrong size, arrived too late, or for basically any reason (so what do they cover???). Just stick with Amazon.

It seems I'm also experiencing the same run around as other customers, excuses that my lost parcel since 24 Feb 'is on its way'...it's 5 April.

I bought this for my 2 year old niece, it's really disappointing

Just like everyone else says. Ordered 12/27 it's now 2/21 and still yet to receive. When you ask for an update "it was lost. We checked with our logistics team and..." gave me a bs reference number. They won't respond for a week then reply with another reference number that doesn't work. Definitely would not recommend. Not worth the trouble and waste of $50

I ordered a Frozen Elsa doll. Looked like it was plastic on the website but I received a CLOTH doll wrapped in plastic. I Paid $25 and am extremely disappointed. If I would have read the reviews before I ordered I NEVER would have ordered. And didn't know it came from China. Never order from this company.

One excuse after another as to delivery. I checked prior to ordering to make sure dress would be here by my granddaughters birthday. Finally sent me a tracking number which I tried for 2 days and got nowhere and finally contacted the company for the 4th time and they sent me a new link. Had I known it was coming from China I would not have ordered due to time constraints. Finally got the dress today. 3 weeks later and ugly isn't even the word. Size is way off. Ordered a 4T and this could fit a 10 year old. Poor customer service, poor shipping, poor quality.

Sold me a product for $70 and the quality was poor. It was the same product that I could have got from AliExpress for $10. They refused to give any refund or credit for such a poor quality product. Don’t waste your money.

This site is a scam. I've been trying to return something for 3 weeks. They won't allow me to return. They keep asking for pictures of the items. Don't trust this site!

I honestly would prefer zero star rating. I wish there was an option to upload pictures of the disrespect I have received from the customer support team. I ordered 3in1 stroller in Red color only to receive a burgundy bassinet and a red capsule. I even took a photo to show difference in colour and they responded telling me that my lighting must be the cause of color change between the 2. Pretty much treat me like an idiot 🤦🏽‍♀️ if it was lighting why not both pieces change color...

Absolutely disgusting service from this outfit. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews, the truth lies in these ratings! I ordered a tinker bell swim costume on 20th December 2022 for my daughter, and it was not be processed for another week, to then be told it wasn’t in stock. I requested a refund as their stock control isn’t my issue, which to date, they’ve refused and keep trying to get me to buy something else (have got a PayPal dispute on going). After going back and forth, they then updated me saying they’d shipped my order on the 2nd Jan 2023 and provided tracking. This tracking doesn’t work. I’ve waited almost 2 weeks and challenged them on this tracking info, to now be told they sent the wrong order and stopped delivery (complete bs). They are and absolute farce. ‘Albert’ the ‘senior support exec.’ is a liar.

Most unprofessional and unreliable online purchasing experience ever. Would be better buying off eBay. I Bought a pair of frozen shoes for Christmas present for my niece. They were marked as delivered but never actually delivered, courier is micro express who doesn’t respond to requests for POD. I have CCTV cameras and it was supposedly delivered on New Year’s Eve. No sign of anyone on that day. Contacted kidz country several times only to be told it’s not their problem. Contact Micro express. Micro express gave me a mobile number for the courier. Called them and was hung up on? Emailed kidz country again , also tried to contact them on WhatsApp and no response. No item. No refund. Nothing.

Kidz Country is a great place to shop for kids' clothes and toys. They have a wide selection of clothing and accessories, and their prices are very reasonable. The shipping is fast, too—I ordered an item with my order and it arrived in two days!
The customer service is also great—they were able to give me more information about the product I ordered, as well as answer any questions I had.

Kidz Country is such a great place to shop for your child's birthday party needs. I have been going to them for years and I have never had any issues with their service or products. They are very punctual on time and their quality is the best out there!

I order two pairs of Elsa shoes for my toddlers. The first pair was great, the second pair was covered in urine inside the shipping bag!!!!

DO not buy from the supposed “company” . They are a complete scam. They steal your money. I believe they are out of the country too.

Scam. Do not buy anything of them. They sell only cheap Chinese rubbish for a lot of money. And the product is very far from what was described.
