Następnym razem przeczytam opinie przed zamówieniem - potwierdzam, że firma nie posiada na stanie chyba żadnych oferowanych produktów mimo, że zapewnia o pełnej dostępności. Do tego później wmawia klientowi jakieś bzdury i łaskawie zwraca pieniądze...

Update po odpowiedzi właściciela:
1. Produkt był oznaczony jako dostępny w magazynie 🙂 (dobrze to pamiętam ponieważ zależało mi na szybkiej dostawie)
2. Black Friday nie mam tutaj niczego do rzeczy - jeśli zamówiłem dostępny produkt i za niego zapłaciłem to co zmienia kolor piątku? 😉

I was hesitant to order from Kinderprams after reading all the negative reviews but in the end decided to place an order because they were the only website that had the brand I wanted at a reasonable price. The initial delivery was missing the Maxi Cosi adaptors and the customer service were helpful and sent one immediately. Really appreciate the quick turnaround.

We ordered an advertised set of a bassinet and car seat with adapters alongside our pram through kinderprams. We are ~6 weeks into a continued unresolved issue and cannot yet use our pram as intended for our newborn.
First they sent us two left adapters for the bassinet and 0 adapters for the maxi cozi. Then they insisted on using a courier to pick up and return the incorrect pieces vs just sending the correct items to us with a return label. Then once we sent back the bassinet adapters, they sent us car seat adapters for a car seat we didn’t have. They have been completely unresponsive. They only contact us when we mail them 2-3 times. Our issue is still not resolved. None of their phone numbers on their website actually work to contact them. It feels like this is a company with one overwhelmed guy in a warehouse office with a flashy website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Verkäufer versendet nicht und ist dann telefonisch oder per Mail nicht zu erreichen, zum Glück hab ich per PayPal bezahlt!!!

Nachdem die Lieferfrist schon verstrichen war, wurde ich auf die kommende Woche vertröstet. Da hat sich wieder nichts getan, es hieß aber nach erneutem nachfragen, dass die ware darauf die Woche verschickt wird. Auch das ist nicht passiert. Schließlich habe ich nach 3 Wochen storniert. Am Tag darauf, wurde es dann verschickt, obwohl ich nun bereits woanders fündig geworden bin. Super nervig, das Geld ist auch noch nicht erstattet. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist ein Graus! Man erreicht niemanden und wird nur vertröstet, ohne, dass es Hand und Fuß hat.

Die Lierferung aus Polen lief zügig. Innerhalb von einer Woche wurde die Ware (Buggy) geliefert. Ware in einwandfreien Zustand und wie beschrieben. Karton leicht beschädigt, wie bei DPD so oft.

Die Bestellung sollte ca. 3 Wochen nach dem Bestellvorgang versendet werden. Nachdem ich auch nach 4 Wochen keine Ware und auch keinerlei Informationen bekommen haben, habe ich den Kundenservice angerufen, dieser kst nicht erreichbar, die Mailbox springt an. Ich habe eine Email geschrieben, worauf mir nach wenigen Tagen geantwortet wurde, das die Ware verpackt wird und versendet wird. Heute, nach einer Woche habe ich die Ware bekommen. Es wurde mir nicht mein Besteltes Produkt geliefert, es ist ein anderes Modell und eine andere Farbe. Der Telefonischer Kundendienst wie immer nicht erreichbar. Über die Internetseite habe ich eine Retoure gemeldet, die Kosten des Rückversandes soll von mir übernommen werden! Trotz falscher Lieferubg seitens des Verkäufers. Ich bin gespannt wann ich mein Geld wiederbekommen werde und ob.

Seit über einer Woche wurde das Geld für einen Kinderwagen überwiesenen per Vorkasse. Auf die E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet, tel.auch nicht erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen Kinderwagen von Joolz bei Kinderprams gekauft. Der Versand aus Polen (DPD) dauerte nur zwei Tage. Der Kinderwagen kam in Originalkarton und ist einfach ein Traum. Die Kommunikation/Emailversand und Versnd/Kaufbestätigungen waren durch KinderPrams ebenfalls optimal.

Single worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Not something you want considering the nature of the product if for babies!
The only way to get a response from their customer service is relentlessly bombard their inbox.
All I need is a replacement clip but it’s greeted with the wrong one being sent then being ignored then being told 14 day response time but not receiving anything for over 3 weeks.

Ein defekter Kinderwagen und seit 6 Wochen wird man vertröstet. Unsere Kinder ein und zwei Jahre alt können wir zwischenzeitlich auf den Armen herumtragen. Finger weg! Spätestens wenn es zu einem Garantiefall kommt, bereut man es dort gekauft zu haben. Von KinderPrams kam auf Nachfrage nur die Antwort man habe den Fall an den Hersteller weitergeleitet und warte auf Antwort. Vielen Dank für nichts. Der Kinderwagen ist gerade mal ein Jahr alt gewesen.

I was really afraid of my order after reading all the reviews but I must say I got my delivery today as planned and I’m absolutely delighted with the stroller. Brilliant value.

Terrible terrible company. Have them the benefit of the doubt the first time I used them. I ordered a specific colour of seat and after 3 weeks offered a different colour which I accepted.
This time round I purchase another seat and they just refunded my money after 5 days and gave no explanation. I had to borrow a seat for journey I expected to have it for..

I seriously encourage people NOT to shop here.
I placed an order for a pushchair and when I placed the order, I was given a delivery date for the following week. I live in Ireland so I thought one week was ok as they ship from Poland. They took my money and that was the last I heard from them. Weeks and weeks went by. I contacted them via email, Facebook, their online form, everything way that was available. And I didn't get a single response. Thankfully I had used PayPal to pay for the pushchair so I set up a dispute with PayPal. Kinderprams wouldn't even respond to me through PayPal and didn't respond to PayPal either. So after a week PayPal gave me my money back.

It was extremely stressful as the reason I was buying a pushchair was mine had broken and I was carrying my baby on the school runs for what turned out to be weeks and until I got the refund from PayPal, I didn't have extra funds to buy one somewhere else.

Es gab zwar eine Bestell- und Bezahlbestätigung, jedoch wurde selbst mehr als 2 Wochen nach Kauf nicht geliefert und es gab auch keine Versandmittleilung und auch kein Versand-Tracking.
Angegeben war ursprünglich eine Versandzeit von ca. 4 Tagen.
Die einzige Info: Es sei noch beim Hersteller...
Ein Anruf in der Kölner NL zeigte, dass der Mitarbeiter dort keine Einsicht in die Prozesse hatte.
Mithilfe meiner emails von KP konnte er schließlich doch eine Rückzahlung veranlassen.
Unseriös und ganz schlecht organisiert!

Alles so perfekt gelaufen . Hatte echt Panik das ich auf ein Fakeshop hereingefallen bin . Habe ein Sommerfusssack von Joolz bestellt innerhalb 3 Tage war er hier. Alles top orginal Verpackung, orginal Fusssack und das für ein unschlagbaren Preis von nur 21 Euro woanders überall 100 Euro. Einfach nur zu entfehlen

Katastrophe. Geld per paypal eingezogen, keine Bestellbestätigung. Keine antwort per mail, keine antwort auf der hotline. Direkt an paypal gewand käuferschutz regelt das. NICHT KAUFEN! Hatten einen kindersitz für 470€ bestellt. Albtraum.

My order is already 10days late ( I was supposed to get my shipment within 14 days) and there is no contact with the shop. No e mail answered, telephone is off. It gives impression that this company is a fraud.
