Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! They provided me a faulty stroller, refused to cover the cost of return (despite stating otherwise on their website), and I am still waiting for a refund after one month of them receiving the item back. Beware!

A well earned 5*

I wanted to give this company a good review because it's deserved! Full transparency I ordered the venicci tinum upline end of Jan. I was expecting it February but due to a delay on suppliers end it was pushed back to early March. The customer service were so so helpful to me as I was worried as baby due very soon. They offered refund, updated me along the way. I was happy to stick with them and wait as their communication was so good via email. Received product today from. DPD after it was dispatched from the warehouse only 3 days ago in Poland. Fantastic product, customer service and incredible savings to be had. Would definitely purchase again.

1 start is too much for this company

1 start is too much for this company. Ordered pram. Paid through PayPal. Money were gone from my account. Got an email from Kinderpram saying I get my pram on the 10th of January. Then got another email on the 1st of January saying I have to pay again as they didn't receive the money. Contacted PayPal. PayPal said they do have my money and it is 100% and also PayPal offered me to open the case against them. Oh, also before PayPal was involved I sended good few emails to them... no reply... only when PayPal got involved they asked me to stop the dispute on PayPal. Nothing about my pram. PayPal said we can cancel this case if seller provedes with tracking number... guess what... the seller said they can't provide tracking number as they don't even have my pram in warehouse. I am still on the middle of process to get my money back. Stay away from this company. Scammers.

Leider war der Kontakt erstmal…

Leider war der Kontakt erstmal schwierig herzustellen. Als man dann jemand erreicht hatte, wurden Versprechungen gemacht die nicht eingehalten wurden. Passiert ist erst etwas als wir mit Paypal den Fall eskaliert haben.

compré una kidfix i size y no es original de britax romer, no es un vendedor oficial, el fabricante no sabe de donde saca los artículos

Y encima, por comentar, me eliminan la cuenta, INCREIBLE! UNA VERGUENZA....

I ordered a stroller from this website on September 8, 2022! On the website, the shipping time for these strollers is already on the second day, when ordering, the employee writes to me that unfortunately this stroller is not available, that they can only offer the same one in a different color or that I have to wait a month until the stroller is available! Of course I agreed, they paid me compensation, but after waiting for this month, the worst started!!! The company made excuses all the time and moved the delivery dates, when the promised deadline arrived, moved it again and after several messages only answered! Very unprofessional and negligent company! The employee promised that my shipment would be a priority, but when the cart arrived at the store, it could no longer be said, because this packaging will last five days and the excuse is that there are many orders and a limited number to hand over to the courier, even though my shipment had to be a priority! As a mother, I feel very disappointed by this attitude, because I have been waiting since 8/09/2022 and it is already 18/11/2022 and the stroller has not been sent out yet, and my messages are answered less often, if I only write that I am angry, they start reacting to something and I get back to them ignored! I recommend that you make sure that expectant mothers need such stress during the waiting period, where you do not know whether the stroller will arrive on time for the birth of the baby if you are born in time or not! Very bad experience, I am DISAPPOINTED

Pasūtīju no šīs mājas lapas ratiņus 8.09.2022! Mājas lapā rādijās šiem ratiņiem izsūtīšanas laiks jau otrā dienā, pasūtot, darbinieks man uzraksta ka šo ratiņu diemžēl nav, ka var piedāvāt tādus pašus tikai citā krāsā vai jāgaida mēnesis līdz ratiņi būs pieejami! Es protams piekritu, man samaksāja kompensāciju, bet pēc šī mēneša gaidīšanas sākās viss nepatīkamākais!!! Uzņemums visu laiku attaisnojās un pārcēla piegādes datumus, kad pienāca termiņš solītais, atkal pārcēla un pēc vairākām ziņām tikai atbildēja! Ļoti neprofesionāls un nolaidīgs uzņēmums! Darbinieks solīja ka mans sūtījums būs kā prioritāte, bet kā ratiņi nonāca veikalā, to vairs nevarēja teikt, jo šī iepakošana ilgs piecas dienas un attaisnojums ir tāds ka ir daudz pasūtījumu un ierobežots skaits ko nodot kurjeram, kaut gan, manas sūtījumam bija jābūt prioritātei! Es kā māmiņa jūtos ļoti vīlusies par šo attieksmi , jo gaidu kops 8.09.2022 un ir jau 18.11.2022 un ratiņi vēl nav izsūtīti un uz manām ziņām atbild aiz vien retāk, ja uzrakstu tikai ka esmu dusmīga, kaut ko sāk reaģet un atkal tieku ignorēta!
Iesaku pārliecināties vai topošajām māmiņām vajag tādu stresu gaidību laikā, kur tu nezini vai ratiņi atnāks laicīgi uz bērniņa dzimšanu ja esi laicīgi psūtijis vai nē! Ļoti slikta pieredze, esmu VĪLUSIES

Heute ist gekommen bestellte Buggy. Hat etwa länger gedauert als versprochene lieferdatum. Aber nach versand schnell geliefert obwohl versand aus Polen. Buggy ist wunderschön und bin sehr zufrieden.

El pedido del carrito de bebé que hicimos ha llegado bien pero sin RUEDAS, por lo que no se puede usar… estamos a la espera de que primero den respuesta y segundo envíen las ruedas del carro. Sino dinero perdido. Muy mala experiencia después de estar esperando 2 semanas.
He recibido respuesta de que las ruedas se repondrán asique continuó a la espera.

nos dossiers montrent que vous avez été informé des retards. Le retard est dû à notre fournisseur. Bien entendu, nous sommes conscients que la date de livraison déclarée était différente, mais nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas prévoir toutes les situations. Nous nous excusons pour ce retard.

Quant au remboursement, notre société a effectué le remboursement le 25 août. Aujourd'hui, c'est-à-dire le 14 septembre, nous avons confirmé à notre prestataire de paiement que le remboursement a été exécuté correctement. Veuillez déposer une réclamation auprès de votre société de carte de paiement. Nous vous fournirons toutes les informations à ce sujet par e-mail.

Keine Liefertreue und keine Kommunikation

Beim Kauf zweier Kindersitze habe ich mich schon über die Lange Lieferzeit von 2 Wochen gewundert. Aber ok...

Dann erhalte ich aber jeweils nach Verstreichen der angekündigten Versandtagen eine automatisierte Info dass es sich verzögert...

Erst auf die Mail in der ich stroniert habe wurde überhaupt irgendwie reagiert. Wenigstens das lief fix.

Auf den Laden kann ich verzichten.
