Highly recommend these bracelets. Products are great and the customer service is right up there, which is sadly rare these day. Shout out to Ed for helping me out.

I own 2 bracelets now from Kraken and they're both amazing in aesthetic and quality. The customer service is also incredible, I received a size that was slightly too large for my wrist and it was solved extremely quickly!

I highly recommend if you're after some perfect nautical themed bracelets 😊

First bracelet did not arrive. After emailing another bracelet was dispatched and did turn up, but by second class post not first class as advertised.

After nine days (on a next day service) the bracelet had failed to arrive! Five emails from me over the coming two weeks all remained unanswered, which is a terrible customer experience! Evidently they do not care about their customers! Avoid!

The bracelet is too small, in fact the large one is smaller that the medium one.

I gave them 5 stars because in my experience they have always given me a 5 star service and 5 star products

I ordered a bracelet, but when it arrived it was faulty, but I contacted kraken and they replaced it asap.
Great product, great customer service.

I don’t have a particularly large wrist

The first bracelet I ordered came apart and I put this down to bad luck. I made a second order for two bracelets in medium, however they came in different sizes. One in medium and the other in small. I emailed the customer services to highlight this but had no reply. Very disappointing

The pin in the shackle is very fiddly to screw in due to having to feed it through 2 seperate ropes. May be different on other designs.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the bracelets are quality.

Excellent item and fabulous customer service. I ordered 2 items to gain the extra discount and on arrival one of the bracelets was the wrong size. I contacted Kraken and they sent a replacement super quickly.
The bracelets look great, for well and despite the clasp being a little tricky to master, it’s easy to fit once you have your technique sorted. Really happy and would order more.

Would be 5 stars if it turned up a bit quicker
