Its a good service, but has drop spots and isn't always accurate. Seems like it would be 100% but its not.....

I paid for one minute updates and several times a day I’m not getting any updates. My car is at home since an hour ago, battery fully charged and the app is showing my car still at the last location… I don’t know what to do. I sent an email to support and didn’t receive any response.

The text support in the applications is not functional & I have two unanswered emails to support so far. Feels like a scam operation.

My device went right back into service after years of being dormant

Your screen does not update every 60 seconds like i programed, could be 3-5 minutes sometimes. And the screen freezes and doesnt update for hours.

Every worked perfectly. I had a rental and wanted to make sure it doesn’t get stolen in my neighborhood. À truly great product !

The delivery was earlier than originally expected. The unit was a little confuto set up the code would not scan then it did but the app kept kicking us out and had to start over. Unit seems good waiting on vehicle to come back to install so far good other than app problems

Worse experience ever , the application works when it wants to it rarely updates the location. Sometimes it gets stuck at a address for days at time . I have to manually turn on the device again.

It's a big improvement from the old one's, and it seems to last longer on the battery life, but at a certain time of the evening, it still freezes up for some reason, and it's normally around the same time of the day...

This is my 4th unit and I'm still getting drops everywhere and the unit is shown in the same location hours later, after the vehicle has been moved. Not happy at all. Last unit I'm trying....

Everything is good but there is a slight problem with the battery, it gets damaged quickly.

Fresh out of the box the device never worked. I left it plugged in for 4 days and the charging LED never did anything more than flicker. As soon as I would unplug the device it would turn off immediately.
