The unit takes a while to update

My new device was easy and good but unfortunately I couldn't used it in my home town because of cellular network but I encouraged anyone to buy one

The product is a true tracker. I have one in each of my cars. I only need the tracker and geofence but it has a lot of other options.

Friendly, you could understand him, fast not a lot of excessive talking

The consistency of the tracking device

Talked to real person who was very knowledgeable. Quick fix and all was working again. No issues since.

I paid for a service of every minute and it's updating every hour sucks

it doesn't come with a battery charging adapter you have to buy it separately and I ordered it and it was the wrong configuration. And also, the factory set three minute pings doesn't even get you remotely close to your equipment. Needs to be more like one minute or even better 30 seconds. Gets expensive fast.

Sometimes it doesn't update when it supposed to. And is not that accurate.

Packaged well., with clear instructions, connected quickly and works as advertised. Lots of options for subscription. Nice to have for property protection.

I have received my device in the last week, which I was very excited about, I’ve already set up the subscription to then realize the device were not power on. Not a big deal as I understand things can happen. The issue is I have sent three emails as well as waited on hold for more than 15 minutes. I’ve not received a response. All I wish to do is exchange the advice for one that works. Very frustrating customer service.

Great products, good support

The device works very irregularly. It often "hangs" on one particular spot. The actual device was replaced, but the problem persists.

The coverage is very good for me

Checking the history by day and time wild new easier.

Its a good service, but has drop spots and isn't always accurate. Seems like it would be 100% but its not.....

I paid for one minute updates and several times a day I’m not getting any updates. My car is at home since an hour ago, battery fully charged and the app is showing my car still at the last location… I don’t know what to do. I sent an email to support and didn’t receive any response.
