Can't check device without paying for sub
Must pay for a month subscription to even find out if the device is working properly. Since device doesn't work Ive paid for a month of subscription I can't use. I'll find another product next time.

The quick set up and accuracy of this device. The strong magnet that it has is awesome for mounting without hardware. Definitely happy about this purchase.

Slow and Unreliable
Whenever the unit leaves the fence it takes 10+ minutes for notification.
There's SERIOUS lag in updating 'WHERE' the unit is. I've been gone from a location for 4 hrs and it STILL shows the unit is there.

Reliable customer service
They responded to my emails promptly and went above and beyond to assist me with the issue I was experiencing with the product. They honored their warranty commitment and ensured I received a replacement as promised. Their customer service was reliable, professional, and highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

The app's features are excellent. But trying to get them to work when trying to set up a Geofence for the ATL and ATH airports fell short as I could not get them to save for use with my SkyHawk GPS trackers. An online "instructions" or online "help" feature would make this app a little more user friendly.
