I keep getting locked out of my account and I don't like having to pay $20 for each tag

That electronic device goes to sleep for about 6 to 8 hours daily. It does not work. I call the company many times and their response is if there is no movement the device won’t turn on.

Overall, I’m pleased with the LandSeaAir vehicle monitoring device so far. The device itself is relatively inexpensive to purchase, easy to use, and provides a convenient way to monitor a vehicle’s location. However, I think the yearly subscription fee is a little too high, especially compared with the low initial cost of the device.

One pleasant surprise is the battery life. Based on my experience so far, it appears the battery will last much longer than I initially expected, which makes the device more convenient since it shouldn’t require frequent charging.

Overall, it seems to be a reliable and useful device. I just wish the annual subscription cost were a little more affordable.

The device is defective i went through all the steps that was asked of me location of device and wich direction the lights are facing then I received a message that said after reviewing the info i was going to get a replacement then never heard anything else from anyone being i need the device i purchased another device and its doing the same thing so im not really wanting to pay for a service thsat might, might not work im tired of rolling the dice..

The device alone and tracking history is great i just dont like how fast it dies

Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Resolution took a minimal amount of time.

The unit does not provide useful reporting on vehicle status and the advertised features regarding driver behavior reporting are somewhat misleading.

Ease of use and accuracy

I have it set to refresh every 30 seconds but it doesn’t. Love the convenience and everything else but the delay

The app crashes. When the app works the map needs work. Street names are missing in most places. It always facing due north is another problem. The tracker itself can be challenging for it to work in a vehicle. I read that it's good to log into the land air sea portal but my credentials do not work for that. As a matter of fact my credentials won't even allow me to log into the silver cloud application online. This is obviously a half baked product and service. I've had it less than a week and I'm very disappointed. My research has stated that I cannot get my money back to cancel the subscription. Please let me know if that's true.
