Criminals
They have been spamming me to renew with them and went so far as to schedule an appointment without even knowing I was still alive just to then tell me my card would be charged if I don’t cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. They set said appointment without less than two weeks’ notice…again completely without hearing from me in any capacity whatsoever. I have spoken to no one from this company in a year and they’re attempting to rogue charge me $100. Absolute criminals.

We want to clarify our renewal appointment process. As a courtesy to all our renewing patients, we proactively schedule renewal appointments to help ensure uninterrupted access to care. This is a service we offer to everyone, and it's not meant to be a spam tactic. We understand in your case, this may have felt like unwanted contact, and we apologize for that.
It's important to know that we never charge anyone unless they complete their renewal visit and are re-approved by the doctor. Simply having a scheduled appointment does not result in a charge. The $100 fee you mentioned would only apply after a successful consultation with the doctor, and only if you choose to proceed with your renewal. We would absolutely never charge anyone without these steps being completed.
