The physician I “worked with” was indicted on federal charges and appears to no longer be available. Leafydoc has yet to contact me on their plan for how to continue care of his patients. I’ve also never had an actual telehealth appointment with this doctor. It’s always been via a text or a phone call that lasted all of 20 seconds. I was never informed of any process and had to contact a local dispensary to gather more needed info about handling my unique rx

Upon checking, your doctor emailed you a copy of your paperwork last 04/28/2025.
We just emailed you a copy as well.
Login to your existing state account at https://patient.massciportal.com/mmj-patient/login and renew your registration.
If your card has expired, you will be able to print a temporary registration card that will allow you to visit dispensaries.
If your card has not expired yet, you will be sent a new card, but you will use the valid card you have until the new card arrives.
Should you have any questions or need any help, please reach out so our post care team will be able to assist with the state process.

Had to contact daily to get dr to submit paperwork, took almost a week when they said they it would be completed in 24 hours and I would get an email. No email received only knew it had finally been completed by checking the portal. Had to be persistent.
