Hello! Apologies if there was any miscommunication. In your state, once you are approved, all you need to do is head over to the dispensary with your ID - as the doctor has already registered you in the state database.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration. The fee paid to Leafy DOC covers your doctor's evaluation and certification which we submitted to your state's registry. Receiving the physical card or final approval is a separate process handled by the state government, which requires a separate registration and fee payment to them. You are not on your own—if you are stuck on the state's website or need help completing your registration, please email us directly at hello@leafydoc.com, and we will gladly walk you through the final steps to get your card or approval.

Whats the next step???
Everything was smooth and easy to fill out. Consultation was well handled. That being said i was not given clear informstion on my next steps after doctor visit. I dont know if ill recieve a call, an email, or if i need to do anything else for registry. I dont even know if i have been approved or how i will find out.

After your provider has approved you for the Texas Low THC program, you don't need to do anything. The next steps are only for your prescribing physician.
The physician will:
Enter your details in their physician profile within the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas - otherwise known as CURT
Once your details have been entered, the state will verify that the details are correct
To purchase your medicine, go to your local dispensary and show them your state ID. The dispensary can access CURT and confirm your status as a valid patient in the state.
