Called me 3 hours after my scheduled appointment because he forgot he had patients that day. The call went quick but it was unprofessional and I would have liked a heads up or something.

Dr Appt was on Wednesday
Dr Appt was on Wednesday, 22nd of OCT 2025.
Georgia Dept. of Public Health sent me email the next day (23rd) stating the information was received from the Dr and to pay the Georgia fee for the 5-year MJ card.
Friday the 24th I received the card via UPS.
Never have I seen so much efficiency.

Horrible experience. Told me I would get card in mail. I’ve been waiting and waiting. I called to see where it is. I was told I owe more money. No one told me I want my money back.

Hi there! We offer online medical evaluations for people looking to get certified for their medical marijuana card. Your certificate was issued according to our service standards - to complete the process of obtaining your card, you must register with your state for them to issue your card. Unfortunately, we cannot control the separate fees states charge for this registration.

I paid the doctor but haven’t received…
I paid the doctor but haven’t received any update or communication about my approval status. It’s been frustrating not knowing what’s happening or when to expect a response. Clearer updates or follow-through after payment would make the experience much better.

Communication was friendly and efficient. I had some mix-ups with my state info and they handled late schedule changes easily. Dr. Miller was friendly, helpful and efficient.
