I got my order very quickly and we love our new buggy. Easy to open and close. Very easy to push around. And my son says it's comfortable and he loves it.

The handle in our stroller purchased in UAE got broken in Austria. We contacted the support, provided the proof of purchase and the photo of the defect and they sent us a new part immediately via Express delivery. Magically we received the new handle just three days after we reported the problem without paying a penny. World-class customer service!

We absolutely love our magic fold stroller, as it's so light and compact and also very comfortable for our toddler. Unfortunately a component got broken so the backrest was no longer reclinable. I contacted the customer service asking if there was an official service that repairs leclerc strollers in my country. After reviewing the video I took to demonstrate the damage, they advised that we are getting a new stroller.

Aangeschaft in combinatie met een wieg dat net als de buggy makkelijk in te klappen is. Nu met een tweede op komst zag ik dat je 2 buggy's aan elkaar kunt bevestigen. Ideaal!

Voor eventueel een nieuw model zou het super fijn zijn voor alle vaders, als de duwstang iets hoger zou zijn of uitschuifbaar met grotere wielen (luchtbanden). Dit I.v.m obstakels op de weg waardoor de buggy af en toe blijft hangen.

Deze buggy is zeker aan te raden. Hij rijd heel soepel en licht.

Wij zijn er erg blij mee!

The bumper bar on our pram broke and I emailed asking where to buy a replacement. After providing proof of purchase, a free replacement was sent and arrived very quickly! Excellent customer service.

Top-Beratung am Messestand, so dass wir spontan zum Kauf angeregt worden. Sämtliche Funktionen des Influencers wurden mehrmals vorgeführt. Der indonesische Kollege war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und kompetent. Danke für die hervorragende shopping experience.

Der Buggy an sich ist super, jedoch ist die Kundenbetreuung miserabel.
Auf der Homepage wird alles schön beschrieben, 30 Tage Rückgaberecht. Ich habe den gleichen Buggy auf einer Seite 100€ günstiger gefunden, daher den Buggy zurückgeschickt und warte bis heute auf eine Rückerstattung. Nach Mails und Telefonaten leider keine Reaktion. Während des Verkaufs ist alles gut, sobald man den Artikel zurückschickt, lassen sie einen hängen.
Warte schon seit mehreren Tagen auf die Rückerstattung und bin mal gespannt, wann wir das Geld endlich bekommen

Amazing customer service!

I live in Singapore where there was no stock of the basinet I needed for my stroller. They went out of their ways and found one even if the item was sold out on their main website. All the communication was done through WA and in one week I had my item delivered to my door.

I have chosen to pay by bank transfer,
at first glance i didn't know where i was supposed to transfer the money, it was only when i took a closer look that i found it on the invoice in small print (IBAN and instructions etc),
That could have been made a little easier on my part, otherwise everything was great after the money was received, they sent it immediately and I received it after 2 days

Il passeggino Leclerc Baby è comodissimo, soprattutto per chi vive in città o viaggia, perché è compatto e leggero ma robusto. Maneggevole e facile da usare, viene venduto con molti utili accessori. Inoltre, l'azienda è molto affidabile e il servizio clienti è ottimo: il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto a rispondere ai dubbi e a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great customer service! We lost a strap pad while traveling and Catrin helped us get another pair all the way to Kuwait. We got a quick response from Leclerec and the item was immediately shipped. And it’s our favorite travel stroller, so we are happy to get those pads before we test it again on our upcoming trip.

I’m really enjoying every moment in using Hexagon. Easy to use, quality of used materials is extremly good, easy to take as a hand luggage on board. Highly recommended.

My new stroller is so wonderful!!! I chose Leclerc for my second child and I’m very happy. It’s incredibly easy to pack into my car, I really can do it with only one my hand and the same with its opening. Also a design is very stylish , I chose army green colour for model “Influencer” and it looks very nice . I ordered a footmuff polar, that accessory is very useful - it’s Soft and warm for my baby and I can chose deferent zip position of it. And what I love most is that I can easily take off wheels for cleaning after walk for using my stroller at home too.

Verdaderamente excelente ! Servicio rápido y eficaz !!! El coche es una pasada ..por lo menos de momento ! Haría mejor el porta vasos ..pero en comparación a lo qie es el coche ..no es nada !!! En hora buena a los fabricantes …si a esto se añadiría un descuento a quien coje un pack completo ,,sería la bomba ! Un saludo

We love the magic fold stroller for how easy it is to fold and unfold, and it is very stable and smooth to push while being very lightweight! After a year of use there’s a part that’s broken but customer service offered help right away, they even have WhatsApp! My special thanks to Ms Catrin Werner, she’s the most helpful customer service person I have ever met.
