Don’t waste your money!!!!!
Product is cheap junk and not the same as advertised . Was ghosted by customer service .

DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT USE PAYPAL! Both are useless. I placed an order on Dec. 1 , 2025 for Christmas. The item arrived late and was too small. I tried to follow all channels to receive a refund. Legletics did not return call. Paypal resolved complaint in favor of seller. When I contacted Paypal to try to resolve the matter, they can't seem to find my information. After 40 minutes of run-around, I decided to call my congressman.

Worst company ever. Better Business Bureau should get involved

I rarely write bad reviews but this company has been so awful to work with I want to warn others. My mistake to not have read reviews first. This is one reason that Amazon does so well. They are SO easy to return a product. The pants I ordered are too tight in the leg and after WEEKS of sending the appropriate email with the order number to their email address I have only received a "canned" response with no return label and no way to return the pants. I will have to give them away now to someone else. I DO NOT recommend this company. There is no Chat feature, no phone number and no customer service.

I’d give it Zero stars!! Ordered 2 pair of waterproof leggings for a trip to Iceland and they arrived while I was on the trip. Been emailing this company for over a month to return with no response! 😬

Buyer beware! My mistake was not checking reviews before ordering!!

Extremely long delivery time; the product was very small and when I reached out to Legletics an automated response was given but no help after frequent emails sent on return of product or exchange for larger size. The pants were a different color than what was ordered as well. Guess I am stuck with pants I can never use!

Ordered from here, they charged me and I never received my order and they never answered my emails.. and the tracking says delivered. Total scam. Don’t order from here.

This company is a scam! The item they sent me, some capri pants, were so tiny, see through, and a very cheap thin material with no tags. I contacted their customer service (by email, there is no phone number) repeatedly to request a return and refund and received no responses. Initiating PayPal complaint process. Do not order from them. By the way, I saw the same item on Amazon for less.

Do not order anything from this company if you think you will be able to return any items as their customer service is non-existent! First, I tried contacting them by email to see the status of my order with no response. Then I have sent 5 emails to see how I can return the order, again with no response. They do not provide a phone number to call to talk to anyone and they do not respond to emails. I do not like working with companies with poor customer relations, and this company has to be the worst!

LEGLETIC - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. On 8/8/25 I placed an online order. On 8/9/25 was charged $206.89, rcvd order on 9/2/25. The quality of fabric, stitching + sizing of the 5 yoga pants was a joke, beyond cheap + certainly not wearable. The 31" longs were capri in length. LEGLETIC DOES NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH A PHONE # TO CALL. Thus one is relegated to emailing. I've emailed now 5 times explaining I need to return the order and received the same pre-canned email response, but no information on how to return the products or get my money back. I am writing this review so others are not scammed by LEGLETIC.

SCAM! BEWARE!!!!!! What I bought didn't fit and was extremely poor quality. The material was flat out cheap. I followed the tracking, from CHINA. Took weeks to arrive. They guarantee easy, fast return which is a lie. They take your money & leave you scammed!! The package arrived from "Holly (no last name on label) with a storage facility in NY...I have learned my lesson. From now on, I will only buy from trusted American companies. I don't know how people live with themselves. SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!!!!!!

So here’s the thing I made a couple purchases within a couple hours of each other. I was a little concerned that one of my purchases. I did not receive an email confirmation about it. That got me started down the road of seeing whether or not this is a legitimate website.

To my horror, what I found was the many, many negative reviews. It freaked me out and I decided that I certainly couldn’t trust them.

In less than an hour after having placed the second order and then reading all these reviews, I started to send emails asking to cancel both orders.

It’s true, when you send an email to their customer service you immediately get a canned response back

Not making me feel any better about what has just transpired.

But you know what it took some time but less than 24 hours and I received email confirmations from them that the orders were canceled and that the card charges would be returned and true to those emails. All charges were returned.

So while I have never received any product from their website, I will say that they will actually respond if you have buyers remorse or regret as I did.

I would also like to mention that when I sent my email to them asking them to cancel I specifically signed it out that trust pilot.com was giving them poor reviews and that’s why I wanted to cancel both orders.

I’m giving them three stars because if they were a total scam, they would’ve just ignored me completely so apparently there is something there…. It’s not much but this increases my trust. I’m just not willing to do business with them yet.

Seems I've bene scammed too for the 2nd time this year, buying a product that doesn't exist. How do credit card companies not catch on faster to ban them from letting us purchase from them? Unbelievable.

One star is generous. No sign of my order after almost a month. !!!

Yoga pants didn't fit. 4 emails and 2 phone calls later....NO RESPONSE on how to return items for credit! Disputes have been started with Pay Pal and also with CITI Visa. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Legletics!!!

The quality of the pants did not match in my situation. Joggers were thin material not as expected. I requested a return request it's about 2 weeks I have not heard back. I now have 3 emails in.

I want to give zero review. They are fraud. I order two t shirt they didn’t deliver my order. Also I email them lot they do not response at all. They are real fraud. I loose my 35£.

They don't respond to requests for return labels, leaving you with merchandise that doesn't fit.

Purchased pants which stated they were “tall” size but are too short. Trying to return without any response

I waited over a month for shipping and they sent a completely wrong product and will not respond to my email for a refund. I just filed a report with BBB, and I will also file with fraud.ftc.gov. I advise everyone else to do the same.

Update: Since I paid through PayPal, I filed a report with them as well. PayPal retrieved my refund within 24 hours. Yet Legletic has been silent and still hasn’t responded to BBB.
